Joolz aer2! Travel stroller so super compact and it’s the only one on the market that also has a parent facing option and a bassinet option
We have the Aer2 and I think you should do the Hub 2! I wanted only one stroller and I was torn between the two originally but went with the aer2 after they came out with the parent facing seat as that was a big detail for me. I kept seeing things saying the aer2 handles cobblestones/broken pavement well but I think that was in comparison to other travel strollers, not strollers in general. It is certainly not built for that kind of terrain and is hard to steer on uneven ground/gets stuck on bumps but I guess it won’t break the wheels. We are on an international trip now with it and I don’t regret anything because we loved putting it in the overhead bin of the plane and not risking damage and train transit has been easy with it being so lightweight, but if I wasn’t going to travel much I would have chosen the Hub2 for a smoother ride but still compact size.
Joolz also has a 10 year transferable warranty! Big factor in us choosing it over a Nuna stroller which seems to have a horrible warranty
This one is so underrated in the US but it’s amazing!
We use our Joolz Aer2 plus more than our Uppababy vista. It’s much better for urban living—small parking lots, restaurants, errands, school pick ups, etc. We’ve used it as our primary stroller for 2 years now without issue. It’s in great shape. And even folds up and will go onto a plane! We still get good use out of our uppababy vista for walks around the neighborhood, trips to the zoo, etc. If you can swing two strollers, one big and one small, I really like the versatility. Edited: if you truly only one want one stroller, i might lean towards the mid size. The joolz aer would not be ideal for long haul, heavy walking outings.
Joolz aer+ with bassinet attachment (Aer+ cot). Liked the fold better than the bugaboo
The donkey or kangaroo? I wish I had somewhere to test them. I've only ever trailed the Butterfly, I liked it but ultimately went with the Joolz Aer2 because of the full recline, bassinet, and car seat compatibility.
I’m loving the Joolz Aer2, but I recently discovered the Silver Cross Jet 5, and now I’ve got decisions to make 😂
I have a new Joolz Aer2 but bought a gently used Joolz Aer prior and love them both but the Aer2 has the full recline, it’s a bit heavier, it’s got a largerish basket, I love the stroller so much I gave my full size stroller the Nuna Mixx Next to my mom (grandma) and use the Joolz Aer2 as my every day for every situation stroller
I was in a similar decision paralysis like 2 weeks ago, I purchased the Joolz Aer2. I like the push better than the Bugaboo, fabrics seem to be more lightweight, less likely to cause baby to be sweaty, the lie flat feature is not a thing in US Butterflys so it was also what sold me on the Joolz Aer2. I like the fact that I can put the pram attachment on it as well, and the 10 year transferable warranty. Yes the basket is smaller but for a travel stroller I’d rather sacrifice that than have a heavier and bulkier stroller. Also like how the zip up recline thing looks and feels versus the Butterfly one.
So I totally forgot to write my reasoning but it’s super lightweight, I can pop my infant car seat on it, the Nuna Pipa, there’s a completely flat recline as opposed to the bugaboo butterfly 2, i like the push, and the shade thing goes down super low, plus you can add a bassinet attachment to it, bumper bar, netting etc but also fit it in an overhead bin. It went from being my secondary stroller to my primary. I also have a Nuna Mixx Next.
Also to add, we have a Joolz Aer2 for quicker trips and the Aire can be attached to it via adapters. It’s super lightweight, fits in the overhead bin, lays flat, and I love it as a car stroller.
So a couple things, are you in a place with an elevator or stairs? Nuna Mixx next is heavy, the urbn is nice, the trvl is okay but I don’t love that it doesn’t fully recline and doesn’t have the option to swap the seat for a bassinet. Are you planning on more kids? I have a Joolz Aer2 and I do prefer taking that on a bus/public transport way more than my Nuna Mixx next, not to say it’s not doable but each one has pros and cons.
I will saw if we do need to take the Aer2 on grass that’s like semi nice, it’ll do it. It’s not horrible for what the stroller is.
Seconding the aer2, I love it so much I’m willing to buy the bassinet attachment if I ever have another LO.

Joolz Aer+ is 13lbs but has a proper seat and one hand fold which when folded has a strap to carry over your shoulder. It’s not cumbersome to carry or push at all, does well on city terrain and is fine on grass despite having travel stroller size wheels. It reclines for naps. The aer2 is 14lbs, you can still get the aer+ as the 2 only came out earlier this year. The bugaboo butterfly is a similar stroller but it’s heavier at 16lbs, and the minu is closer to 17lbs.
If it’s any help I trialled the joolz aer, butterfly and yoyo and went for the aer. It’s lighter and felt better quality. There’s also a bassinet option for the joolz which isn’t available for the bugaboo. Yoyo isn’t a one step one hand fold and felt the flimsiest. When I bought mine the Joolz warranty was 10 years and bugaboo was 2.
We have this as our travel stroller and love it! It's not our main stroller (Nuna Swiv) just because we have a really bumpy neighborhood and walk everyday but the Joolz aer2 is great!
We have the Joolz Aer2 as our travel stroller. It's IATA certified (can go in the overhead bin). It has a full recline so baby can nap well in it
We are 6'4" and 5'8" and we have a Nuna Swiv as our primary stroller and a Joolz Aer2 as our travel stroller. The Joolz fits your needs. We love it and I keep in my car for ease of use and we take it into restaurants! I would NOT get a doona for multiple reasons but the main one being our baby would have outgrown it by 8 months due to height if we had one.
