TL;DR: Ultra-light, travel-friendly, 10-year warranty; but small storage, poor off-road.

We have the joolz aer + as a travel buggy and travel many times and it is brilliant. I believe the new version is even better. I did have an issue with it once but I must say that I am not very gentle with the buggy 😅 and we travel lots The company was very helpful and fast in replacing the broken part with no cost to me. It’s an easy one hand fold and reclines almost flat and has an extendable canopy which I found so helpful for naps on the go.

I have the Joolz Aer + and has been amazing so far. The one I have can be inclined fully so newborn can use it. Can be folded and unfolded one hand, baby looks so comfy using it

We had basically the same requirements and ended up getting a Joolz aer+ (on discount bc they are phasing out that model), plus the Clek Liing car seat. If you want parent facing, the new Joolz aer2 would be a good fit!

Sorry just to add! Our plan is to keep this as our “car stroller” and down the line, get a separate jogging/full sized stroller used off fb marketplace, to be used around our neighborhood, if we need a second. Also- I had trouble finding a travel stroller with an extending handlebar, but the Joolz is 41.5” handle height so it works well for my 6’5” husband. Our other contender was the uppa baby Minu, which is also pretty popular!

I’d recommend the Joolz! I used with the new foldable newborn nest on a long haul flight by myself and was able to fold on my own while baby wearing.

The Joolz aer is so worth it! Helped me survive a long haul flight by myself with my 4 month old. Would work well as an every day stroller too - is sturdy enough.

There is no perfect solution, most people I know ended up with both a version of a 1 and 2 at some point! We got a Nuna with our first, used it as a double with our second (it really depend when you have baby 2!) and have the Aer+ as a lightweight/travel one.

Joolz is great and light but not wonderful off of well-paved even roads. We have a bugaboo fox and a joolz aer plus and we use both for different needs. I also suggest getting the bassinet.

All my research recommended two strollers - a really well built one, and a travel one, and that's what we ended up with. We actually bought two thinking we would keep one and saw they had different purposes. Here are some features that were important to us (either in buying or in retrospect): * The tallest handle possible for my tall husband (Bugaboo Fox 5) * Really good suspension for badly maintained roads (Bugaboo) * Lightness, foldability, and size to take indoors places like doctor's offices (Joolz Aer+) * Fit in care (Joolz Aer+) * Bassinet (both, but if I were to do it over I'd consider the one company that does overnight rated bassinets for naps) Things I didn't care about - car seat systems - each of these had adapters for our car seats. While we did carseats on both strollers for doctor's appts, for antyhing else we transferred baby to the bassinet. What we did find is that these really aren't interchangable. For example, the Joolz is really bumpy and our baby seems like they are sliding out of it now that they are bigger, but it's also the one that fits in the car and in public spaces well (like eating outdoors at a restaurant). The Bugaboo is much easier to handle once unfolded and comfier for baby but also now 50 pounds with the baby in it. The suspension really helps, but it can be a workout on hills and heavy to take down steps.

I used Joolz Aer+ with bassinet attachmnet for the newborn. It worked well for me. We used bassinet attachment a lot for the first 5.5 months because the baby liked to nap on the walks (and didn't like to nap in her actual bassinet at home). The undercarriage is good for some basics like diapers, wipes, and onesies. If we needed more stuff, we brought a backpack.
