I have a joovy kooper, it’s is as lightweight as you are going to get with a full size stroller, I like that it does the trifold down and will stand up on its own when folded. It will allow a child to lay down flat when reclined. I bought an infant car seat attachment bar for when he was in the infant car seat, it goes where the snack tray is allows an infant seat to be put into it so they face you. I personally think it is the best stroller that has a lot more to it than an umbrella stroller and has a lot of the bells and whistles but without the price and weight of some of the bigger expensive ones

Also wanted to mention, we exclusively use the double stroller now even after vacation, so the money wasn’t wasted. I would look for a double stroller that’s not umbrella on Facebook. I love the joovy kooper S2, it’s lightweight, comfy for my giant toddler and it’s easy to fold. I don’t like the magnetic straps but that’s my only gripe. We’re also thinking about a trip to Disney in the next couple of years and this double stroller fits the dimension requirements.

We had a cheaper stroller for my first, the Joovy Kooper. It has a near-flat recline, and it weighs 17 lbs. It has a one-handed fold. The unfold isn't really one-handed. We're expecting #2, and I wanted a lighter and easier to fold and unfold stroller. We got the Joolz Aer2, and I'm really happy with it so far. I plan on mostly putting the 2yo in it at first while I wear the newborn. Once I can trust my toddler to actually stick with me, we have the rider board if he wants. Baby Can sit in the seat then, fully recline if needed. Adjusting the recline is simple too. The fold and unfold are truly one-handed. It's lighter than the Joovy Kooper (14 lbs), and it feels much higher quality. The ride is smoother, the fabric is nicer... I'm a fan. It took me a moment to figure out how to adjust the harness straps (loosening them is similar to a car seat), but it's easy to do once you figure out how it works. And the whole no-rethread harness deal is wonderful, especially considering I may have to switch between two kids. I don't tend to carry a lot of in the basket, so the smaller basket isn't a huge deal for me. They also have the bag that fits in the basket perfectly, which I kind of want, to be honest.

Yeah I’m so pissed how small that expensive stroller is! We have a Joovy Kooper and it fits him at almost 4. 50 pounds and 43” tall. Plus it folds up so easily and small.

Tall parents definitely need a stroller with adjustable or higher handles so you don’t end up hunched over! Even if price isn’t your main concern, models like the Joovy Kooper are great for their taller handle height and work well for both travel and everyday use. Also, [this thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/KeepThisInMind/comments/1lwth3i/need_a_best_cheap_travel_stroller_under_300_which/) has top strollers that are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to steer.

We’ve used the Joovy kooper since my son was a newborn and it’s been great. It’s flame retardant free and folds up nicely. It’s also much more affordable than other “non toxic” options (it’s $250). We had the nuna pipa infant seat and it fit into the stroller fine. They sell an adaptor so you can pretty much use any infant car seat.

Yes, but highly depends on lifestyle. I have a Veer Switchback but had a Joovy Kooper for a very long time before the airline lost the Joovy Kooper which I used as our travel & everyday stroller. The Kooper was great since we lived in Metro LA at the time and was used on streets & sidewalks. Also used it for travel and it held up great. Ended up buying a Chicco Stroller in Italy (the airline lost it en route from France somewhere) and pushing the Chicco across Italy's roads & sidewalks was miserable. Came back to the States & was looking to purchase a Veer Switchback. They weren't made when my son was born, but I previously purchased the wagon and loved it. Bought the Switchback second hand as we moved cities & we became a LOT more active outdoors. It's huge, but I don't mind it because of all of it's features.
