Maxi-Cosi - Lila XP Plus

Jeg har for nylig købt en Maxi-Cosi Lila XP brugt, men i virkelig god stand. Den kan vendes begge veje og har langt liggemål, så man kan bruge den til barnet er omkring 4 år gammel. Den er nem at klappe sammen og nem at klikke sædet af og på samt vende det. Nemt at låse de forreste hjul, og ikke mindst god til både lange ture og i byen. Den kan også lægges helt ned (det er ikke alle klapvogne, hvor man kan lægge dem fuldstændig fladt ned). Hvis man skal købe den fra ny, kan man dog nu kun købe den som kombivogn, og ikke kun som klapvogn alene.

I have a Maxi Cosi Lila and love it. I walked 10k steps almost every day of my mat leave and it’s held up great with my 15 month old. I was nervous buying because I saw many mixed reviews but it’s been my favourite purchase.

Do you walk & hike trails a lot right now? Next time you’re out, find a baby and ask the parents what they’re using (might take a few hikes to eventually find a baby of course but keep an eye out.) For any hikes on “rough” terrain we’ve only ever put our babies in the wearing carrier. Strollers just don’t cut it I find. Too annoying to fight big pieces of gravel. For any trails that are smoother and not as rough, our maxi cosi Lila stroller performed perfectly fine!

I'm going to buck the system and recommend against the infant seat. Just get a stroller with a bassinet or baby wear because you can only use those infant seats for 6-8 months and they cost the same or more as a convertible, and they're not supposed to be in them for more than 2 hours. Then they end up in a landfill. I'm about to be 3 kids in and we've never used one. My friend has 3 kids and never used one. Get a good infant carrier and a stroller that allows a complete recline. I love the Cybex Gazelle S that I bought when we found out we were surprise expecting baby 3, but before that I bought a used Maxi Cosi who's seat converts from bassinet to a toddler seat and I love it.
