Did the mompush wiz 2 - I wanted something with a bassinet feature that wasn’t an add on. - I didn’t want gray or black. We have hot summers and that felt like it was going to get hotter - I wanted something light weight because of how short I am. - We needed it to fit my husband and my heights. I’m 5’1 and he’s 6’2 - worked from infant through toddler - was able to go off road on trails. Aka larger back tires than front Lots of TikTok’s and Google searches brought me to the mompush brand. I only found 2 negative reviews on the mompush wiz 2. It’s basically a knock off Nuna. We tried out the Nuna in the store and this is so similar to every aspect of it. The mompush brand is way less discussed, but I’m obsessed with it so far. I can’t wait to try it out when baby gets here.
It’s really daunting. I spent 90% of my pregnancy so far research different options. Something I found great reviews on was this stroller and it’s $169. I only found 2 bad ones and they were kind of silly. https://mompush.com/products/mompush-wiz-stroller What I love is that it comes with a bassinet and that’s perfect for the first 6-12months. For car seat, we are doing the Britax one4life. It’s on the higher price end, but it’s highly recommended by infant and child safety technican experts. My husband is 6’2 and grew out of his infant car seat quickly as a baby. The Bretax is approved from infant through childhood and keeps our child rear facing longer. We really focus on one and done purchases vs micro purchases. We have utilized just between friends consignment sales for items, Facebook marketplace and our community. We aren’t finding out what we are having and I don’t care if the baby stuff is pink for a boy if it’s free. I would rather that $100 we would have spent go towards mommy + baby activities. Hope this helps. PS your frustrations are so valid, furniture is stupid expensive now!
We did the mompush wiz 2. We went to target and Nordstrom’s to test drive all the strollers. The mom push wiz 2 was almost identical to the Nuna. The fold down features were so similar. It comes with a bassinet and the bassinet converts into a seat when baby is big enough. We loved it had larger wheels in the back than front to make it better for all forms of terrain. My best friend has the uppababy and my SIL had a graco stroller. Both said that if they have another baby, they are getting the one we did. That it has way better than the ones they got and it was for more stages of life. Plus, we don’t have to hassle with taking the car seat in and out. Baby shouldn’t be in the car seat for extended periods of time, this prevents that from happening. It’s an overall safer option. Plus, it’s $170 and light weight. My husband is 6’2 and I’m 5’1 it’s comfortable for both of us.
Look up mompush, we got the the wiz 2.0 and I’m obsessed! I’m 5’1 and my husband is 6’2. It’s as good as the Nuna
I could not justify the Uppababy or Nuna price tags. I went with the MomPush Wiz from Amazon because it was cheap, looked nice, and had attachments for our car seat. I never saw it talked about in any forums but had good reviews on Amazon. You know what? It works really well for my needs. It’s light, had the bassinet for when the baby was a newborn, now the seat works well. I think I’m an outlier but I spent more money on a nice jogger (Thule urban glide during the Nordstrom sale) and bought the MomPush as our everyday use. It’s working great and I get compliments on it.
We went with Mompush and LOVE it. My friend's who have had babies after me have bought the same set up we did because it was so good. We got the Wiz from RebelStork and bought the Chicco infant seat adapter. The wiz goes into an actual bassinet mode and has a zip on cover. So now that it's cold I can shove a blanket down by his legs and he can't kick it off because it's under the cover. Also nice because when he needs a bottle I can keep him buckled in and flip the seat into bassinet mode and let him drink. We recently got their travel stroller, also through rebelstork, and it's super nice as well!
We went with the MomPush Wiz (UK brand) and a Chicco car seat. We also bought the adapter for the so we could put the car seat in instead of the bassinet. But the total was around 350 for all of it. Check out fromrebel.com for deals on baby gear! They get items that are overstock or were returned but not used and sell them at a discount.
I got the MomPush Wiz and it's seriously the best. A friend of mine got the same one after seeing mine. The seat turns into a safe sleep bassinet which was super useful for me. We bought the Chicco adapter for the infant car seat. I'm actually looking at MomPush's new travel stroller now that babe is older and we will be on the plane a bunch next year.
Love our mompush wiz! The bassinet mode is awesome. Still use it now when he needs a bottle and we are out. Just click the buttons, flip it back, and he can lay down and hold the bottle himself.
Quick and easy info: Graco, Chicco, and Evenflo have been around for decades because they make good products. If you want you can stick with those brands you can get a great car seat and stroller. Infant car seat is nice for; 1. babies born in winter. keep them snuggly between car and building. 2. if you don't have a garage. I can't imagine trying to hold my 2 week old and all the other stuff needed to go out, when leaving my 2nd floor apartment. Much easier to have baby contained safely in the car seat. 3. Most infant seat click right into stroller. Unless you are getting a bassinet, it's not safe for an infant to be in a stroller let alone sleeping in it. If none of those things are a concern. Then a convertible car seat will be just fine. What we ended up doing was getting a Chicco infant seat and a mompush wiz stroller with an adapter for Chicco. The stroller is both a bassinet and a regular stroller. So when he was little I could take him on walks and he could sleep in the bassinet. I go on lots of long walks and specifically wanted a stroller with an actual bassinet. Lots of the travel system strollers will lay down but they aren't flat enough to be considered safe for newborn sleep. For quick in and out of the car I would pop in the car seat. We just upgraded to a Graco convertible at 7 months since he was hitting the height limits on the infant seat.
Mompush Wiz!!! I seriously love it so much. The whole seat can be laid flat like a bassinet but is also a regular stroller seat for older infants and kids. It's also handy because when we are out and LO needs a bottle I can just flip the seat back and he's lying flat and able to drink on the go!
We also wanted a bassinet that baby could sleep in while we were out running errands or on walks. I have always gone on long walks so I knew having a bassinet would be worth it for me. We went with the Chicco keyfit 35 and Mompush Wiz with the Chicco adapter. I randomly found Mompush strollers online and I'm so happy I did. They are a great price and are super versatile!

Omg my mom brain just shut down and didn’t read the very end I’m so sorry! Maybe this one!? https://a.co/d/5LLvwGn
I second this. I’ve had mine going on one year now and I’ve had no issues.
I have the Mompush Wiz and I like mine! We didn't bother with the removable car seats though. My mom used one when my sibling was a baby and I knew I hated those things and didn't waste my time on it lmao.
I was gifted a mompush wiz and absolutely love it. My 20mo enjoys it as well, and will hop into his chariot when he desires to be chauffeured around. Sometimes he pushes it himself, or prefers to walk. It's useful for when we go out and there's going to be a lot of walking. Those little legs can only go so far before getting pooped out. I am really pleased with the quality of it. I hit it with my car at one point, and other than some scrapes, you can't even tell. (No, the baby was not in it, and the car was a miata so it might not really count) I put our gear in the lower basket. Got the cupholder attachment. I take it to festivals and the whole thing disassembles and folds up such that it'll fit on the back rack of a golf cart. Used the bassinet setting from day 1 up until about a year. Not sure what we're going to do when baby #2 comes, as the bassinet was incredibly useful. I reckon we'll also get an umbrella stroller or a wagon for the bigger tot soon. Check height/weight maximums to see how your kid will fit and for about how long.
We use the Mompush Wiz and love it
The bassinets are only nice for a maybe the first couple months? 4 months at most in my experience but it will depend on your baby and lifestyle. My sister’s stroller doesn’t have a bassinet mode but instead lays flat and her daughter still took great stroller naps a few times a week. We had a Momcozy Wiz for the first 11 months and didn’t use the bassinet mode once he could hold his head up when buckled. We recently upgraded to a Joie Kava. The biggest downside for me is that there’s no way to face baby towards you but again that’s a nonissue after 4/5 months. You could also see what you could find on Facebook marketplace!
I think it’s really hit or miss tbh. For my firstborn we did a MomPush Wiz. It didn’t even hold up for the first year. It became extremely difficult to push and the frame was all loose and weird. This time we’ve done a Mockingbird as our single stroller and the difference is night and day. But also, we went with a more budget friendly for our side by side double. We got the Bombi twin and so far I’m happy with it. The push is very nice and it’s got a lot of features I love. But I don’t have a “high end” side by side double to compare it to so maybe I’d love it less if I had experience with a Bugaboo Donkey or something.
