We had the same issue when we were searching for higher end strollers. Louisville doesn’t really have many places to try them, we hit the same places you named above but Liz and Roo actually had the Uppa Vista for us to try. We ended up getting the Nuna Pipa Rx & mixx next travel system.

We went with the swiv and pippa rx. But will be also buying a bassinet. We do not plan on getting a different stroller. We decided not to go w the vista bc of how heavy and big it was, and space was our concern. But also, the ability to move to a double is nice but our mom friends said it wasn’t an ideal double based on what they need. We decided to optimize for this bebe. We are traveling when she is two months and it seems like a lot to bring everything to the airport (carseat and stroller). We thought, man a doona would have been nice for travel, but not enough to fret about it further.

Wish I knew that the bassinet option would be something I would really want for walks with a newborn. I got the Nuna Mixx which lays flat for newborns but I never use it because it just doesn't feel as secure or safe as using the carseat for walks. We're also planning to get a Thule for hiking once baby is a little older. Other than that, I love the Nuna Mixx. It's very stylish. I feel it's super sturdy and easy to manuever. We also have the Pipa Rx and it just fits everything so we'll.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Baby carriers when used properly are incredible- Baby carrying also counts as tummy time and helped significantly with our situation of torticollis. Our physical therapist for baby really really encouraged baby wearing all the time- For the baby carrier I really have enjoyed the nuna, it’s super structured and gave me confidence wearing it and didn’t hurt my back at all. I used the carrier more than the stroller because it’s much easier to get in and out of the car and much easier to navigate baby around doctors offices etc. we went with the pipa rx car seat and matching stroller that you can attach with the car seat- love the stroller but didn’t necessarily need the car seat availability for it because I never used it. I wish I invested in a longer lasting car seat to be honest instead of one shell outgrow within a year or so. Both the carrier and stroller are usually at Nordstrom sale upcoming.

I got the Nuna pipa urbn & mixx next travel system.. my only regret is just buying the stroller itself and getting a rotating convertible car seat, I didn’t know you can put your infant in there.. I don’t ever use the infant car seat as a stroller because I hate having my baby in there.. so I transfer him all the time, which I have no problem with because it doesn’t wake my baby up if he’s sleeping..

We got the nuna mixx next travel system with the adapter to put the buns pipa aire infant car seat on. Chose it because of the all terrain option and the fact it can lay flat and should last for quite a while. Easy to fold down and we’ve gone walking with it around the neighborhood with our dogs to get them used to it and it’s really smooth! Rolled over grass just fine too. We watched sooo many YouTube videos and such before we chose.

They definitely can be in the pushchair for quite a while, it will depend on the individual child, I'd assume. Another thing you may want to consider is the use of the bassinet. We got a Nuna Mixx Next travel system (it was £1200 with the car seat base, car seat (ARRA seat), bassinet, and pushchair, with in-laws contributing a large portion of the cost as the baby present). It is a slightly larger version of the Triv Next, with a good all-terrain base. The bassinet is safe to sleep for newborns so we used it as the sleeping space for our daughter in the living room in lieu of a moses basket or another crib solution. For various reasons, it was her primary sleeping space (for day and night sleep) for about 2 months and she was very comfortable in there. We also used the bassinet for overnight sleep when we went away on holiday for a week when she was 4.5 months old so we didn't need a travel cot. An added bonus of using the bassinet as the sleeping space in the living room was the ability to attach a Rockit to the handle so I could outsource the rocking at times 😅. Having seen a lot of different pushchairs and bassinets with babies in them, I'd say that the Nuna bassinet is on the generous side, length-wise, which allowed us to keep using it for somewhat longer than some of the other parents. I know these travel systems are very expensive, but they include the car seat and the car base, which together can be close to £500, and those you'd be looking to buy new anyway. I personally used the pushchair with the bassinet every day for almost five months until my daughter was ready to be sitting up and wanted to be looking out and I was hugely grateful for having a premium travel system that is easy to use, easy to collapse and take apart, and one I could use in so many ways.

Second this! We have the Nuna Mixx Next and I love it and my daughter seems to find it comfortable. If you are generally happy with Nuna, I'd recommend simply upgrading to the latest pushchair model, especially as you can find some great offers online.

We went for the Nuna Mixx bundle because of its Greenguard gold certification :) it also happened to be our favourite pram on display in mamas & papas! My partner assembled the parts and he even said there was little/no smell when unboxing, and if there was, it went away very quickly! We’re letting it all air out as a precaution before baby’s arrival <3

Had a secondhand Bugaboo Chameleon with our first and it was really fantastic, we had quite a few extras included luckily, they get very pricey. After a couple of house moves we got rid of it before our second. We then got the Nuna Mixx Next which comes with all the extras and is very reasonably priced so that was great but I still preferred the Bugaboo. Definitely go and test at Babypark. Congratulations 🎊

We got the Nuna Mixx Next, we live in London. It’s been on many a bus, train, tube, black cab as well as several planes to various other countries. It’s still in great condition after our first and we’re about to get the bassinet back out for our second. Highly recommend.

I got the Nuna Next for this exact reason, seemed like the best compromise and it’s worked really well for us for the last 2.5 years including multiple holidays.
