We had the Nuna Mixx (next?) travel system for 18m, we sold it for half what we had bought it and replaced it with the Butterfly. We didn't use the car much, but being able to lift the car seat and clip it to the pram was really convenient.

I loved my Nuna Mixx 2, that thing was as compact as the Cruz, and was a total workhorse. It lasted 6 years, and 2 kids. We live in the city so it got a lot of daily use, and we had no issues with it. We looked at the Cruz but the Nuna had better wheels and better shock absorption (can only speak to the comparison at the time we bought it though) which was important bc we walk so much. We also preferred the Nuna pipa car seat and the compatability was a plus.

Struggling with this too !! Can people comment on difficulty maneuvering it in the city in double format- I’ve gone to the store to try it with my toddler didn’t seem that bad but I keep hearing mixed opinions Currently have Nuna Mixx which I love but they messed up the double stroller Demi option TBH

Mind if I ask what single stroller you had? We love our nuna mixx but it seems like all the double strollers we’re looking at will be a step down in wheel size and suspension/sturdiness. Whereas the jogging strollers are massive and can’t lay flat

Following. My 2 year old never likes when I recline her nuna mixx but for some reason I’m hoping she’d be fine with the minu (plus baby 2 on the way) because it is damn near perfect in every other way

I’m not worried about it. My baby is only 6 months old but it seems like there’s lots of room to grow.

I guess it depends on lifestyle! If you are sticking to necessities or on a limited budget, 2 strollers definitely aren’t “needed”. We have 2 and just one child. We have the Nuna Mixx stroller/pipa car seat system and we also have the Nuna travel stroller too. The big one stays in my car and my partner has the travel one. Full disclosure- we haven’t even used the travel one yet. Not that we never will, but 4.5 months it, it hasn’t been needed.
