I actually love my nuna tavo next for these reasons: 1. Sturdy enough wheels to push. 2. It’s regular seat converts as a bassinet. 3. No need for any adapters. 4. Car seat goes on top of regular seat. 5. Honestly, price wise it was great among the “better brands” 6. It’s handle height can be adjusted when needed. 7. We are tall and found some other brands putting too much strain my postpartum back when I had to bend. 8. Easy to close and open. Cons: it is heavy We are probably going to get a travel stroller for traveling. But did Niagara Falls and NYC with nuna tavo, stroller was great except for putting it in and out of cars.
We have the Nuna TAVO Next and PIPA car seat, and we love both! Dillard’s always has [past season Nuna products](https://www.dillards.com/brand/Nuna) at a discount, which is where we got our car seat. My friend has the Mockingbird and it didn’t feel great in comparison.
Seconding this. My small-for-gestational-age and small at birth baby fits fine in the Nuna Tavo Next when it's reclined flat and I'm really glad we didn't waste $$ on a bassinet stroller.
I have the Nuna Tavo Next with pipa rx travel system and love it! It seems like unfortunately there’s been a price increase recently though. I would still buy it again.
I have the Tavo next and Pipa and I love them. The car seat popping in and out is so easy to use. I’m only 5 feet and pretty small and I’m able to easily maneuver both on my own and I live on the second floor apartment with only stairs. I highly recommend nuna I don’t think you can go wrong! The stroller is great on city streets and even in snow.
No I really love it! And I’m not a very big or strong person. I love my Tavo so much.
Lastly we have the Tavo stroller (a gift) which we really like being able to use infant since it lays flat. It’s also easy to fold and can stand when folded. It says you can adjust the height but i haven’t explored that part lol, i should pull back out the manual. It may be on the heavier side compared to a travel stroller but i can’t recall since my SO usually packs the car. That said it’s nice and sturdy with lots of canopy options and coverage https://nunababy.com/usa/tavo-next-stroller?color_ref=16366
Nuna Tavo lays completely flat and baby seems comfy and liked I could use from birth. Also got Nuna Exec convertible car seat bc didnt want to carry infant seat around especially since babies shouldnt sleep in it I didnt see a point. That said if you have a little baby it might not be angled enough depending on your car from what I read. I wanted to limit the number of products so I liked the combo. Nuna exec would probably be heavy to travel with, but if you strictly use for travel something light that you could use for a long time like a convertible seat would be nice.
I loveee my nuna tavo. Folds easily, super light, carseat clicks right in for easy transport when baby is little, great on all terrain, and has 3 diff modes.
We got the Tavo for the slightly bigger basket/size and it’s perfect! Handles all kinds of terrain well - gravel, dirt, sidewalk, grass. It can be made into a bassinet which we utilized quite a bit on a trip at 4 months. Worked perfectly. She still loves it at 18 months!
My parents have a Graco for their car and we have a Nuna in my husband’s car! We love both equally! The Nuna is “nicer” and if non-toxic materials are important to you, go with the Nuna. We have the Tavo stroller as well and the seat reclines fully and the footrest folds up to create a bassinet. We have never used a Graco stroller, but love our Nuna stroller! Getting ready for our second and we once again are going to be using the Nuna infant seat and purchasing a Rava when the time comes.
