We got a Radio Flyer off FB marketplace for a great deal. People are always unloading kid stuff wherever you can find used goods. We love the push option and it folds well-enough. Canopy is meh because it really only shades at high noon.
r/Preschoolers • Wagon stroller recommendations besides Wonderfold? ->I can’t think of the name but we had a radio flyer that could push and pull that was a big deal especially up hills (I don’t recall if it had a canopy those but the sides could unzip for easy in and out)
r/Preschoolers • Wagon stroller recommendations besides Wonderfold? ->Way too many: - graco frame stroller for just the car seat. Rather than buying a Doona, I got this very thin and light frame so I can do errands while baby is sleeping. - mockingbird stroller. My OG, I love her. I have the bassinet attachment and a few accessories. Very big and bulky for travel but handles like a champ. - graco travel stroller. Compatible with the car seat and as a regular stroller. Bought this for traveling since the mockingbird takes up too much trunk space on roadtrips. - light weight summer 3d umbrella stroller. Toddler uses this one, easy to travel with. - joovy double stroller sit and stand. Haven’t used this yet since my youngest isn’t sitting up yet. - radio flyer stroller wagon. It’s huge and holds so much, you can push or pull. Holds 2 kids. I bought half of these second hand. We have two kids.
r/NewParents • What kind of/how many strollers do people have? ->just get a radio flyer folding. it’s like $125. works fine. the wonderfolds look ridiculously huge.
r/Preschoolers • Wagon stroller recommendations besides Wonderfold? ->We have the $128 version and it is quite decent as well if anyone really wants one but $300 is still too much. (They also make an $88 version that doesn't have the option to push it or a brake.) https://a.co/d/iqnaTK3
r/Parenting • Stroller Wagons Worth the Hype? ->Switched to a wagon stroller. Love our Radio Flyer!
r/bigbabiesandkids • Toddler maxing out XL stroller ->We upgraded from a radio flyer to a jeep with an infant carrier. Its worth the hype to me. Lots of space to store necessities. The wagon is so easy to push. Kids can nap in it. Seems easier to push than the double strollers. Ours came with a car seat holder which worked out well. We are so happy with ours.
r/Parenting • Stroller Wagons Worth the Hype? ->We have a Radio Flyer as well. After a day of pulling a wagon around the zoo, getting the one with the push bar was an absolute necessity.
r/Parenting • Stroller Wagons Worth the Hype? ->Radio flyer travler. We fit 2 car seats and 2 kids in the airport. It has a canopy, opens for easy in and out, has both push and pull, and rubber? tires. And it folds relatively compact.
r/Preschoolers • Wagon stroller recommendations besides Wonderfold? ->I have three kids and we now have every type of stroller I can imagine and we do actually use all of them. 1. When we were having our first, we bought a Graco "travel system" with an infant car seat and stroller. LOVE this for babies up until they can walk basically and we've used the infant seat for all three of our kids. Super convenient to be able to just plop them in the stroller if they fell asleep in the car or vice versa, plus the infant car seats are lighter and easier to carry around with baby in them than the all-in-one car seats that are designed to stay in the car. Once baby could walk/outgrew the infant seat, we got them a convertible car seat that could grow into a booster. At this point we could still keep using the stroller as a normal stroller without the car seat attached to it, but we had #2 on the way, so we bought... 2. ...the Mockingbird single-to-double stroller! And we gave the travel system stroller to my mom who watches our kids a lot so she could have a stroller at her house. We got the car seat adapter for the Mockingbird so that when #2 was a newborn, we could keep using it just like we did the travel system, but we could also have #1 in the stroller too. Highly recommend this stroller. It has all the features of the more expensive double strollers, but a much lower price. The storage basket underneath is huge and we've had nothing but great experiences with their customer service. It's so great that it can be used equally well as a single or a double (great planning for siblings in the future!) 3. Then along came #3, and the older two were getting too big for the double stroller. So, we used the Mockingbird mostly as a single stroller with the car seat adapter for #3, but now that #3 is older (11mo), we got a Jeep umbrella stroller from a consignment sale and love using that on trips or just keeping it stashed in the car as it doesn't take up too much space and is small/easy to maneuver around. 4. We also got the Radio Flyer Voya Quad Stroller Wagon recently and LOVE it for things where we need to keep all 3 kids contained as it still fits the older two in it. Wonderfolds are really popular right now for stroller wagons, but honestly the radio flyer voya double or quad is just as good if not better. It's easier to fold up, lighter, smaller, less expensive, and comes with more accessories than the Wonderfold. All this to say - I would personally recommend going with the Mockingbird single to double stroller and just getting a car seat adapter for an infant car seat. That would give you all the benefits of a travel system but also more versatility for the future.
