Silvercross tide travel system - the bassinet attachment is approved for safe sleep, and the pushchair attachment can be used for newborns too as it lies flat. I find it moves really well on rough terrain and isn’t too bulky

I was considering the bugaboo i mean they are beautiful but i went for the silvercross tide. Its really easy to fold and lightweight it weights between 10 ans 12kg depending on if you have the seat or bassinet thing on it. The carry bit underneath is absolutely huge and very stable so you can put a good amount of shopping on it. Its not bulky or clunky its one of the most streamline prams ive ever used honestly. Its also quite cheap compared to others, but we only got the actaul pram with the 2 carrying options not the accessories although it comes with some very secure rain covers. We keept it folded in the bottom of the wadrobe until needed and it didnt take up any space. Also the green is lovely

Second the Silvercross Tide. I'm a VERY petite Mum so it was important that I could lift the pram into our high boot and I was able to do this with no bother. We also choose it because we didn't want rubber wheels and, frankly, it looked pretty smart! To be honest though, there's no substitute for trying lots of them at a large pram shop. Make sure you can put it up and down, lift the whole system up to the height of a car and navigate it around the shop (including the brake and all attachements). You'll get dozens of responses on here from Mum's and Dad's who love their prams but it's like buying a mattress- you're going to drop a lot of money on a very personal purchase so don't be afraid to try and ask loads of questions.

I have the silver cross tide. I took our lift dimensions to the pram center and that was one of the only ones that fit 😂 it is small and I can lift it up stairs if needed, handle extend long enough for my husband ( we found he hunched when we tried the triv). Takes up very little space in the flat, and squeezes into small spaces on public transport. We have no car but it does fit in my mum's boot (wee golf) no problem. I'm def putting more in the pram basket than it says you can on their site 😅 crap on the grass, no idea how it would fare on the plane, we are just going to take a very cheap pram on holiday.

We have the trvl for keeping in the car and popping out with the baby and the vista for neighborhood walks. I love them both for their different functions! I will say, when I was a nanny and one of the families I was with for a long time had me keep their silver cross travel stroller with me for the baby. It was fine for walking outside but we had to replace the wheels way more frequently than their big stroller because they aren’t meant for too much outdoor walking.

I used this for a holiday abroad when my baby was 6 months and he got on really well with it. It was super light yet not flimsy and he napped great in it. I have a Silvercross travel system which I love but I use the Joie from time to time as a lighter option. I think it’s really good for £50 if OP doesn’t want to spend much

We got a second hand Silvercross travel system (I can't remember the exact model) and we used that from birth until our daughter stopped using it at about 2.5y. I think if she was going to use it for longer we would have got a lightweight pushchair.

We got a cheap silver cross travel pram off fb. We’ve had it nearly 2 years and it was probably 2 years old when we got it. It’s been on probably 10 trips and it’s just this week sustained its first damage on a jet 2 flight. Will 100% be doing the same thing again and buying on fb to replace it. I would not take our expensive and large bugaboo on a flight for fear it would get damaged. If you take your car seat make sure it is well wrapped

TLDR baby is now 8 months and we've just swapped from a huge Silvercross pram to a lightweight, easy to fold Maxi Cosi pram. We bought a Silvercross travel system on FB marketplace for £100. The seller had barely used it, it had every single accessory you could think of, bassinet, car seat, all the rain covers, etc. It's been brilliant for the last 8 months, but we've been fed up of it taking up the entire boot, so we've picked up a Maxi Cosi Lara 2 (apparently suitable from newborn) new in the prime day sales for £130. I'll resell the Silvercross pram as although the wheels now have some wear, it's in otherwise excellent condition.

Never been happy with Silvercross. We’ve had the Silvercross full bundle - car seat was rubbish and the pram was heavy and impractical. Rucksack and hand warmers were a nice touch. I would avoid any Silvercross products based on my experience. We’ve had the Bugaboo double (side by side, called donkey I think?!) - it’s good but a bit unwieldy, Doona one that converts to a car seat (useful but heavy and uncomfortable for child), Babyzen yo-yo (useful for travel but limited) and the Joolz aer which is great for travel (can get on a plane) and more versatile than the Babyzen so it can be used more like a normal pram - it’s been my favourite travel pram. On a side note, the Cybex car seats that rotate are amazing.
