Cheap-ish option: I bought a Summer Infant 3DS and it's held up through daily use year round including winter on city sidewalks (not great rolling directly over packed snow, but I didn't expect an all terrain machine for what I paid). It has adapters to attach a car seat (specific types but you could probably attach any bucket seat) and I used the regular seat daily once my youngest was 3 months old. I still use it with my now 1 year old and 3 year old to roll them 25 mins uphill to daycare. Lots of storage, kids don't mind sitting in it, great value for what I paid.

Here is the link, it seems out of stock right now. It has straps for you to attach a bucket seat on top of one of the two seats) only specific kinds of bucket seats listed in the manual butttt your comfort level may vary in terms of trying to attach a different seat). My kids love to be side by side in the stroller, they hold hands and play together now. It also collapses pretty small for a double stroller. I also put my uppababy infant snugseat on top of one of the seats to make it cozier for my baby when she was really little. [https://a.co/d/bChIeuq](https://a.co/d/bChIeuq)

I really needed the double stroller. I have a Cruz and thought I would babywear my oldest and put the youngest in the stroller or vice versa but in practice this was just not comfortable for me and I was so touched out that I wanted to have no one touching me while I was out for walks as that was the closest to "me time" that I got. I got a Summer Infant side by side double stroller which has straps to attach an infant bucket seat (Mesa in my case) and toddler sat in the other seat. Then when baby got older I attached my uppababy Snugseat to the double stroller and baby would comfortably nap for 60-90 mins while toddler enjoyed sitting in the stroller for our daily walk. Saved my sanity. Looking at your questions I feel like the stroller I got may fit your needs. I still use it now that my kids are 3 and 1. I only spent like $350 on it. Best purchase I've made to make life easier with the small gap.

Second this! We use it for travel and it’s so easy to get through the airport with. My only complaint is the small basket underneath but my 1 year old does so well in it!

Ok so one that doesn’t fit your bassinet criteria but everything else is the summer pac 3d lite. I used it for almost a year and a half every single day before my kids wanted to start walking or being carried. It was amazing and I miss using it honestly. Fit through all doors, was super easy to travel with and fold/unfold, and holds most infant car seats by a strap (like where you’d hook them in with a seatbelt on a plane).
