The V3 minu is
I wonder if the strollers are different in different markets (or regulated differently). In the US, the V3 is considered safe for infants. I got an old V2 anyway bc I wanted to use the bassinet.
I love the Vista that everyone hates. I would have regretted it if I got a different one. But my kids are 2u2. For people with a bigger gap they seem to like it less. I would assume you will own a minimum 2 strollers. Everyone wants one. Everyone ends up with two (or more). One full size and one travel minimum We like the vista because it can function as a single or double and sometimes we also take one kid out of the house. Our other is the Minu and then we have a running stroller Right now if we were to travel we would take the vista because it works with our car seats and bassinet. I paid $5 to the Stroller Workshop dude for his opinion. Ngl he didn’t recommend the Vista, but I still like his opinions and videos (one of the few reviewers that isn’t getting paid by the brands) so I will recommend him anyway!
I think just something that works w your car seat is ideal!! I have a Minu but basically bc I got the uppababy car seat which only works w their strollers! I can recommend the Stroller Workshop bc he does reviews and is a rare reviewer who isn’t paid by the brands!!
Yes see the Uppababy minu v3. Prices went up recently bc of tarrif anticipation. Thats the only downside but this stroller does it all
We went with the Doona for car seat and Minu v3 for daily stroller and have loved it!
exactly why I'm going to get one this summer! great compliment to my vista which i love for grocery shopping and mall walks. UB just came out with the Kona, which is between the Cruz and Minu. I'm excited to check it out this fall when it goes on sale
I wish the Joolz Aer had magnetic buckles and a non-zipper reline. Then it would be the perfect true one-hand fold stroller. There are so many videos online that show how easy it is to unfold all these travel strollers, but most of them actually get stuck when unfolding and you need to fling hard. I wouldn't even consider the Uppababy Minu V3, Ergobaby Metro 3 truly one-handed. I actually was surprised that some cheaper strollers were actually real one-hand fold and unfold. The Peg Perego Selfie and Guzzie and Guss O2 both felt like butter. Unfortunately their canopies were too small or too close to the face.
UB Minu V3, currently internationally travelling with it with a 5 month old and it’s SO easy and compact and used it for daily use as well on gravel, grass and rocky streets. Can store overhead on the plane, folds with a handle that you can use on your shoulder and great customer service. My stroller broke in the bag during our travel and UB replaced the frame free of cost. Only condition for the warranty is to have the UB bag to qualify for the replacement. I’ve completely replaced my UB Cruz with this and haven’t had any issues yet. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
I had the same concern, but it’s worked well! The only place these travel strollers don’t do well is on literal sand and larger-rock areas (which they obviously aren’t meant to be driven on) and you don’t encounter those terrains often anyways. Our Minu has done really well on all except these two. For me the biggest selling point between the two was the customer service. All popular travel strollers ultimately are good and they all do well with the daily terrains, it comes down to basket size that you require, ease of fold and carry and above all customer service.
We have the Minu V3, live in downtown area too and go on walks frequently, and travelled international with it. Best decision! We also have the Cruz which mainly stays in the garage since it’s heavy to haul in and out of the car, especially when I’m alone with the baby.
Have a Minu V3, and have no issues that you mentioned. Great customer service too, used it for our international travel and we used it ROUGH! And it did great except on literal rocky terrain. Our stroller was also damaged during the flight and Uppababy replaced the parts free of cost.
