The Nuna Trvl Double completely collapsed into itself late last year when my son-in-law was pushing my grandbabies (19 mnths and 6 months), they both fell face first onto the pavement (cuts & bruises on their faces and arms), fortunately a bunch of people stopped to help. Needless to say, hard no on the Nuna, and they have the Nuna single trvl which they love and still use. They replaced it with the Vista double side-by-side and have had zero problems, super sturdy and nice smooth ride, and they use it every day. Also narrow enough to pass through city doorways.

Yep. I had the fancy, brand-new Mamaroo version 5 for my second baby. Got it for $150 on FB marketplace. I'm keeping it for baby #3 in the future but it should hold its value pretty well for when I'm done with it and want to resell. I also have the Uppababy Vista but the first version, another marketplace find. Both our cribs are secondhand IKEA cribs as well.

I loved my vista (2015-2019 model) but I do think they grew out of it and it’s bulky to fold with two seats. We use our double bob and Zoe twin the most. I sold the vista awhile ago. Personally I wouldn’t buy any stroller new. The used market is FLOODED and I paid $300 vs the extensive price of a new one.

I have a pram cleaning business and I can tell you the difference between the cheaper brands like Redsbaby, Babybee, Jengo vs more expensive ones like Uppababy and Bugaboo is night and day. Definitely go for a second hand better brand one. All the prams I’ve cleaned have come up looking great. Look for one with no fading. I would recommend a Bugaboo Fox or Buffalo (buffalo is heavier but sturdier) an Uppababy Vista V1/V2 or a Cruz V2. Baby Jogger also make good prams and can find them cheaply second hand. Also buying from Amazon it may not be safe as it probably doesn’t meet Aus standards

We got a Vista V1 on FB marketplace at a great price. It needed a replacement piece but that was pretty inexpensive. So far I love that UppaBaby makes it easy to replace individual parts. Their customer support is great too and they’ve sent videos on how to install everything.

Yay!! Yeah it’s not worth buying new IMO. My only regret with it so far is that it’s pretty heavy, and we might need a lighter / more compact one for certain travel situations. But so far I’m happy with how durable and easy it is to clean and replace parts.

We have an uppababy vista, the carrycot can be carried easily on the "roof" of the carrycot (hope that makes sense haha), we do this on a daily basis and baby stays asleep.

This was one of the prams we tested but we found that it was a lot bulkier to fold down compared to the uppababy vista or bugaboo fox which sit in a similar niche. We chose the uppababy and absolutely love it. It has a super practical huge basket and an integrated sunshade, both features that the bugaboo and silver cross lack from what Ive seen in friends who have those prams.

We have a similar lifestyle but ultimately decided against a running stroller as we came to the conclusion that we'd like our runs to be just "me time". We plan to do little "hikes" with baby in a sling and then upgrade to a proper hiking carrier and longer hikes once little one is physically ready. We got an all terrain stroller (uppababy vista) for day to day and walks as it is much more compact and light than e.g. the Thule urban glide.

Travel stroller and the hiking stroller are different categories. Uppababy vista is solid for paved hikes . But not a great travel stroller, it’s huge. I have mompush and it is a great travel stroller but terrible everywhere but indoors and sidewalk .

I think the Vista is great for city living but I don't think it'd be as useful for rural living. It handles "off road" if you need it occasionally but I imagine there are better options if that's going to be your primary use. It's also so bulky, so it's not something you're gonna like loading in and out of the car. This is all based on my experience with the V1, so perhaps the V3 handles better?

I got an older model uppababy vista with all attachments/bassinet etc. for under $200 on marketplace!

I have a Graco travel system and an Uppababy vista v1 (both used). We use the Graco stroller with the car seat and we use the vista for walks because it has a bassinet. I can’t decide which I like more. The Graco has better suspension but it’s also a lot newer than the Uppababy. But the Uppababy is such a solid beast. Both have massive wheels and are great in the snow imo. When our 3 month old gets a bit older maybe I’ll prefer the vista but right now I prefer pushing the Graco, it’s a slightly smoother ride.

We just bought an older used vista v1 for $160 with all the attachments and extra seats. It’s a beast and I’m so excited to use it! I’d say do something like this, see if you like it, then invest in a new one. We couldn’t justify spending $1000+ up front.

Yes! I was patient and kept looking until I found this one. We are its 4th owners and the seller has 3 double strollers already so I think she just wanted it gone. It’s a bit faded with a couple cosmetic dings but functionally it seems to work perfectly!

No idea how it’ll do on a dirt path winter walk but it’s very sturdy and has big wheels and many people have said it does a good job on icy/snowy sidewalks at least!

Mine are 2 and 3 and we have 4 strollers still although we just sold out Vista double this year. We have a Veer XL wagon as well as two Cybex travel strollers. I also have kept our Doona since we plan to have a third baby
