Based on 1 year's data from Mar 17, 2026 How it works
I was going to say the same thing. They both can be used for different things so I highly recommend having both. Lol Edit to add: we got the Zoe side by side stroller and I absolutely love it As for the wagon we have the Evenflo pivot xplore and it works great for us. Easy to push/maneuver and usually goes on sale a lot
I LOVE starting out with the snap and go stroller. So easy to just take the care seats out and plop them in the stroller for a quick run to the store or coffee shop. I tested the double mockingbird once and didn’t like it. It just didn’t feel sturdy.. the Zoe is a great side by side stroller that do not take two car seats at once but I would consider this as a second stroller once your babes have better head control. Though the wheels aren’t the best for rough terrains in which case if it’s an issue, I’d go for a jogging stroller like the Bob or Thule.
As someone who has tested DOZENs of double strollers (profession) and am about to be a mom of 2 myself, I would highly recommend the Zoe Twin with the upgraded wheels. Alternatively, have you considered the Bombi Bebee Twin? The Bombi or the Zoe would be what I would get for wanting something that you can fold up and take with you. The Bombi has a bit of a different fold, more akin to a Bugaboo Butterfly (push down with the handle and it tri-folds, VS Zoe where you pull the strap at the seat and folds in half). Also a big fan of the Valco options, however it's heavier than I think you're looking for. By the way, I work at GoodBuy Gear (which is how I know so much about strollers) and I'm writing from this account. Double strollers sell out quickly especially side-by-sides!
Once twins hit that stage, the Vista starts feeling *real* cramped! If you’re looking for a solid side-by-side that won’t break the bank, I’d recommend checking out the Zoe Twin (especially with the upgraded wheels) or the Bombi Bebee Twin. Both are lightweight, travel-friendly, and easy to fold. The Bombi has a push-down tri-fold similar to the Bugaboo Butterfly, while the Zoe folds in half by pulling a strap on the seat. By the way, I work at GoodBuy Gear (where I’ve tested more double strollers than I can count 😅). We often have these models in gently used or open box condition for an average of 55% off retail, and we will have lots of great stroller sales happening this month, so it might be worth a peek if you’re hoping to save a bit!
For the cybex and the vista they may fit a baby up to so and so weight however they will outgrow in height long before the weight. The seats are small and I don’t see them lasting our boys much past 2. We love our Zoe side by side. I highly recommend eventually investing in a side by side. They’re all smaller than 30” wide so they fit through doors no problem but can be tight.
We use the Zoe side by side now that they’re older. I feel like tandems are only good for the first year at most. We did the cheap baby trend double stroller frame for the first 4-6 months. 2 bouncers and the twin Z pillow. Also baby brezza formula dispenser if formula feeding.
Neither. Both are total pains to get in and out of car and if you’re like me you take it everywhere. We went with the Zoe. Uppababy now had a minu duo that’s like the Zoe but in my opinion it’s not as nice as in smaller canopies, less accessories, and the wheels are horrible.
Both but our Zoe side by side stroller was the best during those times.
I had a graco stand and sit tandem which was useful during the infant bucket seat era (also helpful for my then 2yo). We now use the Zoe side by side. It weighs about 20 pounds and fits beautifully in the trunk of our van with lots of room to spare. We bought it used off marketplace. I love it. The downside though is there is not much storage IMO underneath, but we do have an older model so I think that has been updated.
Not a travel system.. but long term 1000% the Zoe. It is about 20ish pounds, side by side, folds easy + compact, and fits through a standard door. I got it once we were done with infant seats. We have the third seat which attaches to it too. We used a graco inline stroller which was ok, but was bulky and not a long- term item for us. Their customer service is great too. Their website doesn’t sell wheels individually (sold as a set), but they sold me just one after one of our wheels broke. The wheel breaking was frustrating, but we put tons of miles on our stroller so it doesn’t strike me as outrageous to have it break. Super nice because to replace one wheel was $17.. nice to not have to replace the whole set.
Agree!! I like the Zoe too because caring for twins is physically a lot of work. 2x the lifts into the cribs and 2x the lifts into high chairs etc. Just a lot of bending and lifting. I wanted a light stroller to take in/out of the van. There are some annoying downsides to the Zoe (like the parent cup holder attached to the side so it no longer fits through doorways when attached.. the underpart storage is minimal IMO.. there is a big difference IMO between the standard wheels + all terrain), but the Zoe overall has been a kid item we have used for 2.5ish years and completely changed how we are able to parent/exist. The graco inline is just sad in comparison.. so hard to steer, barely fits in my odyssey trunk, heavy..
I think so! IMO there is a shocking difference between the usual wheels vs all terrain. We do have the earlier version of the twin though, so maybe the more recent version has better wheels? I don’t find the all terrain wheels bulky, but they do add a pound or two. The stroller still folds the same.
We have the bumble ride indie twin and have loved it. My boys are now 3 but we still use it. Fits though doorways. Off roads great. We got the adapters for nuna car seats. It’s very heavy and big though so when they were around 1 we got the Zoe double stroller for traveling and quick daily things.
I love my Wonderfold 4 seater for walking to the neighborhood pool or going to places like the zoo. I have four kids. It holds kids and all of our stuff. It’s not practical for day to day outings though. It’s heavy and hard to get in and out of my van trunk. I have a great Zoe side by side double that’s really light weight.
I couldn’t use my vista as a double. My oldest is very tall and couldn’t fit in the lower seat, which is intended for the older one. We quickly moved to the Zoe double, which I love.
We use the Zoe regularly as our double with a 14M age gap. We are people who fly 3-5x a year and go to Disney a lot. It is a very utilitarian and lightweight-ish stroller. The seats recline separately and have good canopies. When we travel, we use the regular belly bar and fold it up, but the snack bar is our go-to. It is a little annoying that it isn’t separate and is one big piece. I highly recommend that you get the stroller bag for this because we are able to go out without a diaper bag (one kid is 3 now). We just throw a changing pad in the bottom and extra diapers and snacks in the stroller bag. We did not get the all-terrain wheels, but I’d recommend them if this is your only double. We also have the Uppababy Vista and we have used that for tougher terrain since we own it already. I don’t recommend it as a double. We also own a very old City Mini GT double as a hand-me-down. That thing is a monster and it is so heavy! It feels like Zoe took a look at what made that stroller successful and improved upon its flaws.
