We used our baby breeza washer a ton but I’d go with the mom cozy one instead (can fit more bottles and pump parts). For the combo car seat stroller- I was very picky about the car seat (wanted the Chicco key fit 35) and couldn’t find compatible double strollers that could fit it so we just got a secondhand snap-and-go stroller and then splurged on the nuna trvl double stroller. Most double strollers fit through 90% of standard doors. I hated any tandem strollers because it felt like driving a bus and I hated that I couldn’t see both babies while driving it. Plus some have lower weight limits on the bottom seat. The twin Z for us is STILL in use a year later— that thing is great for feeding (especially solo) and nursing. We used double swings but only til 6 months or so. we used 2 bouncers some but not much. You can always start with 1 swing and 1 bouncer and see if they like both— it just varies so much whether they’ll like it. 2 separate cribs and 2 bassinets or pack and plays are musts in my opinion.

Your advice really stuck with us and we ordered the Zoe Twin v1 as well. Didn't need the Zoe Twin v2 because we were never going to have infant car seats install on it with an adapter. Excited to test how the boys feel in it and I can see it become our almost-primary stroller

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I agree with your point about infant car seats. We try to use them only for travel but until 6mo, we would need to use them outside the vehicle as well in our Chicco stroller. As for this trip, yes, we will need them there so planning to check-in the infant car seats (keyfit 35) with our bags and keep the boys in a Zoe Twin travel stroller (front facing seats with straps that we just ordered) until boarding. The kids will be in our laps for the flight duration (short flight, less than 90mins).

Hey - that's also a good idea. Yes, we are going to fly American Airlines and they do check car seats for free at the gate. However, we have the Chicco Keyfit 35 infant car seats and looks like this Snap-N-Go is not compatible with those car seats. We ordered a Zoe Twin v1 which has front facing seats with straps. Hoping to also use it as an alternate stroller to our Chicco Flex when the kids outgrow these infant car seats.

Ouch! Sorry that happened with you but thank you for the heads-up. We purchased a Zoe Twin v1 that seems very compact upon folding and hopefully the next time you travel, you won't need the infant car seats.

Everyone is so different and if I had to do it over again I would make different decisions haha. I didn't end up using my fancy big twin stroller barely at all in the first 6 months (was sooo heavy, had stairs) and instead used the very basic snap'n go twin framed stroller because I could stick their infant car seats in there (had Chiccos, I think). So when they were napping, it was so much easier to transfer them that way. Got it off another twin mom for $40. The first two strollers you posted look a lot like my "big" stroller. I like the look of the Zoe twin more tbh (wasn't available here at the time I don't think, but I live in Canada so don't have as much selection) We did make ourselves use the big double stroller (it was a top bottom one, not side-to-side\_ but it just really hurt my back hoofing it around everywhere and eventually, I just stopped beating myself up over the $$$, haha and sold it. Hated the stupid adapters, lol. Wish I had never bought it! haha. Our favourite stroller was a super cheap delta side-by-side because it was SO light and we could travel with it, I think they went in there around 6-8 months? One of my other twin mom friends had the same situation and she converted to a bike stroller instead. Again, everyone is different. I borrowed a Maclaren side-by-side and also really enjoyed that one. I honestly would not rush to buy a stroller at all unless you see a crushing sale or someone else is buying it for you. Used twin strollers are super discounted as well, or last season, etc. That said, what works for one family might not work for another. A lot of people baby carry in the beginning as well, though it's trickier with twins. Good luck, welcome to the club! :)

Twin mom here too! Got the Zoe and returned…not great with bumps and can’t turn seats. Look into the StrollAir for twins! It’s incredible and comes with foot muffs for cold, mosquito nets, rain covers and the wheels are amazing. It’s close to same size as Zoe (width and seat width) So great on grass and sidewalks! 10/10 love! You can also turn the seats around to face you too which was a huge plus for me for those early months!!!

We bought the Zoe twin for a Disney trip and it has become our go to over the vista. The vista is great for neighborhood walks but way too cumbersome to travel with!

Just switched from a double side-by-side to a wagon and it’s been such a game changer. https://www.evenflo.com/products/pivot-xplore-dreamz-stroller-wagon I found double strollers were either 1. Too wide 2. Too heavy or 3. Took up too much trunk space.

Do some research about the width of whichever double you’re going to get. We had the Zoe twin, it was marketed as being narrow enough for doors and sidewalks, but my husband called it the “loveseat” because we regularly had to pop off of sidewalks onto the road if there was a telephone pile or trash can. and on our recent trip to our cities science museum and children’s museum, I had to take the kids out (10mo and 2.5yo), take everything out of the stroller, fold it, walk through the door, and set everything up again - all because it didn’t fit through a door it said it would. It was such a headache. I bought a wagon that day.
