-Cots. *Disco Bed has bunkbeds for kids&adults -Cabin size tent. *Coleman has a few models/ 6’4 ceilings are 👌🏾 -Portable toilet (for overnight use) -Thick picnic table cloths *buy x3 -use one on each seat/tabletop. Gives you a wipeable surface in cases of spills/reusable -Bikes/Scooters/Kayaks -plastic grocery bags. *collect these -ask in your local groups/churches ect they make for great garbages that can be taken out after meals/day -YETI coolers. Prechill 24hrs before adding foods. We have needed to top up with ice on day 6 of a 10 day trip…and its just because I am particular about it needing to be kept cold enough.
Thank you to everyone for their suggestions!!! Greatly appreciate everyone's input. Went with a coleman 6-person cabin camping tent with enclosed weatherproof screen room from Costco. With my $65 online voucher, got it for $152 taxes in!

I have the coleman cabin exact model. I love the room and screened in porch. Position it right and the breeze flows really nicely. Does take 2 to setup but it's sturdy if you pin the corners down first. I used it camping first time off lake Michigan and I didn't set up up right. Wind broke a pole and coleman wasn't able to send replacement poles so they sent an entire tent free. Great customer service there! I bought this tent from a store called Dunham sports in Michigan on sale for $100. Ive since been able to setup quickly and it's very sturdy. No complaints.
I just went camping with this Coleman tent: https://imgur.com/a/7DFGpIy “ Coleman Weatherproof 4-Person Cabin Tent with Screened Porch” I loved it. Wasn’t too difficult to setup alone. Lots of space inside for a 4 man tent. Big windows but able to be zipped up. Windows allow airflow even with rain fly on it. It was an upgrade from a Coleman sun dome. I also have a 6 man Coleman with porch as well for when I take the kids with me and it was easier and lighter than that one. That 6 man one also allows no airflow with the rain fly on. This 4 man Coleman one is the best of both worlds. Prices on this one are wild. Anywhere from $119-$200 depending on who’s selling it. I got it for $150 shipped.
We just camped in a Coleman with a "porch" and that is a real game-changer! 4-6 person was pretty big for 2 gals, but it was easy and comfy.
The Sundome or Cabin series are car camping staples. Great value, easy setup, perfectly adequate for 40-75°F. The ventilation is decent and they're bomber in light rain. Downsides: heavier materials, can get condensation if you seal it up too much. Honestly for your use case, Coleman is probably the practical choice. The price difference could go toward a better sleeping pad or quilt which makes way more difference for comfort.
I actually have the 6 person with a patio. We camped in the poconos last August in like a hurricane and everyone else was screwed and we just sat there like well… glad this works lol
