Yes! I have this tent too and love it. Plenty of space without being too big and quick set up.

I have the Coleman Carlsbad 6 person tent. The price has come back down recently. Now's a good time to jump on it. It was $100 more for most of this year. https://preview.redd.it/jbcr6dvto87g1.png?width=2000&format=png&auto=webp&s=7d1cb4b3fc2b23803671ff270b159d8f71cb5127

Check out the coleman carlsbad dark room. If they aren't dark enough, get a tarp and string it up around nearby trees over the top of it. When my daughter was young, we took her camping and found that a white noise generator got her through the night, so it's something to consider.

I have the Coleman Montana and the Coleman Carlsbad. Love the Montana, but the footprint is huge. We don't camp a ton, but this is our most-used tent and is plenty spacious for our family of 4. I hate the Carlsbad. Ours is only 4p, so idk if the 8p is taller, but I can't stand up in it. But the *worst* feature is the vestibule. The zippers come together at the ground in the middle. There's nothing holding it taut, so you can't unzip it one handed *and* it's on the ground. It's extremely frustrating if you're carrying anything. Plus, there are large holes on the sides of the vestibule for cords or whatever, so you'll get plenty of bugs in there.

I have the Coleman Dome 6 (two of them) and a Core 9P, both have been great. Just left Bennett Springs in Missouri in our Coleman 6P and stayed dry the whole weekend.

I just went camping with this Coleman tent: https://imgur.com/a/7DFGpIy “ Coleman Weatherproof 4-Person Cabin Tent with Screened Porch” I loved it. Wasn’t too difficult to setup alone. Lots of space inside for a 4 man tent. Big windows but able to be zipped up.  Windows allow airflow even with rain fly on it.  It was an upgrade from a Coleman sun dome.  I also have a 6 man Coleman with porch as well for when I take the kids with me and it was easier and lighter than that one. That 6 man one also allows no airflow with the rain fly on. This 4 man Coleman one is the best of both worlds.  Prices on this one are wild. Anywhere from $119-$200 depending on who’s selling it. I got it for $150 shipped.

I actually have the 6 person with a patio. We camped in the poconos last August in like a hurricane and everyone else was screwed and we just sat there like well… glad this works lol

I like the Coleman 6 man dome tents. I use them for my Girl Scout troop. They have a 10x10 foot print which works with just about every campground. They pitch easily (I have children pitching them). They fit two queen air mattresses if that’s how you want to go. You can also fit four cots or (my favorite, you can arrange 3 cots in a U and have plenty of room in the middle to stand and get dressed. Tall enough to stand in. They pack down into something reasonably sized. They’re cost effective. I buy them second hand from people who went camping once and decided they didn’t like it and I end up paying about $50 each. I have 9 of them now.
