Decathlon (Forclaz) - MT900 Tunnel Trekking Tent

Have you considered decathlon tents? I have a 1P trekking-tent. It's very small but the quality is decent for the price. I guess there is chance that you have a Decathlon store close to where you live. Mine 1P feels like a personal coffin. But it works. I don't use it anymore but I would easily fit on a bike if you need something small as a shelter on a bike trip or something.

If you are using trekking poles, the Forclaz MT900 Tarp Tent from Decathlon makes a very good argument. It is what I've been using right now and I've been pretty happy with it. 1.3kg, and properly wind tested. In any case they also have self standing (1.95kg) and tunnel (1.65kg) MT900 versions still under 300€.

This tent sucks but if you don't have the money what can you do. Honestly I would say you are wasting your money if you plan to use it for hiking in other trips. It is a good tent for camping with a car etc. though. You don't need to spend 400 euros. There is decathlon mt900 2p which is around 190 euros and it is really good, but yes it's way more expensive than this one.  There is also Lanshan 2p from AliExpress for around 109 euros with discounts at the moment, it's really good, plenty of people did through hikes with it and I have quite a few miles on one  myself, I also have 1p pro version and walked traumpfad with it. ( You will need either walking sticks or to buy poles separately) If you buy the one you showed mount it to the bottom instead of top, it will be much more stable carry.

I have 15y old Decathlon tent (an older 2-person ultralight) with 0 issues (other than a missing pole that I now use a trekking pole for, weight saving by accident). Alps, Pyrenees, Andes, Norway, Wales,... This tent has seen a lot of bad and cold weather. I also have a newer 1-person tent and again, no issues camping at low temperatures, but this tent is only 3 years old. MT900 both though, so you do pay a bit more.

Decathlon Forclaz MT900 Ultralight 2 Persons, currently ~250€ in Europe (it cost half that 5 years ago...). This one weighs 1.6kg, there's also a heavier version with a similar name, so make sure to double-check. There's also an MT900 tarp version for 1.3kg and 150€, but you need separate hiking poles.

The decathlon mt900 tent is pretty affordable and is almost the same as some of the MSR tents. It’s pretty light too, only downside I’d say is maybe don’t take it out in really really bad winds because the poles are pretty light. If you need smth more durable, maybe not the one. It’s roomy enough to fit two, but snugly. It’s a really nice spacious one person tent though and you can sit up fully in it

Decathlon's trek 900 series is actualy amazing for the price - their 900g down sleeping bag is around €120, their 40L pack is under 1kg for €80, and they've got those MT900 tents listed in OP's comment that are solid trekking pole shelters.
