Chance of rain for me means a larger tent with a living area where you can sit at a table and even cook in. Decathlon Arpenaz 4.1 F&B would be a great option. Afordable too and Decathlon has been making family tents for ages and I always found them excellent. They have a more expensive inflatable version but I really don't see the point of those.

Edit: Just seen someone post the 3 man one, also a very good tent but might be a bit cramped with two of you.
I have this one too. For 3 people 7 to 10 days is doable but will be a little cramped. I find this tent to be perfect for two because it gives plenty of room to get up to pee while not waking up everyone and also the "lobby" of the tent will get very cramped with cooking utensils and the gear of three adults.
I had that in fresh black , inflatable . Plenty space for a family of 3.
I love that tent, but I think it would be cramped for more than 2 people. If you're all comfortable sleeping right next to each other then it would be ok.

Spray waterproofed it a handful of times, packed it down wet, store it outside, not been precious with it at all. Survived torrential rain, wind and sun. Incredibly well ventilated. Very light for it's size. If 3 of you sleep on the floor and use the front porch as storage for your gear you might be alright but for the length of time your talking id buy two at least.
