We have a Quechua Arpenaz 4.2. It's durable, doesnt flood, doesnt fog, looks good.
r/camping • is this decathlon tent okay for camping? ->Chance of rain for me means a larger tent with a living area where you can sit at a table and even cook in. Decathlon Arpenaz 4.1 F&B would be a great option. Afordable too and Decathlon has been making family tents for ages and I always found them excellent. They have a more expensive inflatable version but I really don't see the point of those.
r/camping • What's the best tent for my partner and I? ->Well, I was just wondering if the actual inflatable tents are also good. I have another tent: Quechua Arpenaz 6.3 F&B it's a tad cheaper, but would probably work as well. Might actually go the way of traditionally set up tents and the possibility of quick service.... Thanks!
r/camping • Coleman vs Quechua ->Had a 4 man fresh and black tent. At night had to put on layers as cold and slept in until late morning. Such a difference experience compared with previous tents, i wouldn’t go back
r/glastonbury_festival • Black out tent experiences/reviews ->I have decathlon fresh&black tents and they are the best, you can sleep around 2 hours longer when the sun comes out and they are relatively cheap while beeing of decent quality. I don't know if you can get them in the states though.
r/festivals • Tent Recommendations ->Can concur the fresh&black line with blackout lining is awesome for camping. Have now owned 4 of their tents and they're incredible value for those price points. If you're starting off building up your own camping gear you wont go wrong with their stuff.
r/camping • Decathlon Tents Any Good? ->Get a Fresh and Black from Decathlon and call it a day. It’s by far the most acclaimed series of tents on here.
r/glastonbury_festival • Best heat-resistant tents? ->Yes! I’ve had my Fresh&Black tent for over three years and I go camping about 30 nights per year. It’s still like new. They’re very cheap, too.
r/camping • Decathlon Tents Any Good? ->I went with the F&B this year and it was actually too good. It was so dark that when I went to bed at 8am I ended up waking up at 17:00 and missing my favourite sets. Was gutted, will be returning it. 10/10 for sleep, 0/10 for self control
r/glastonbury_festival • Black out tent experiences/reviews ->Have had the standard Quechua blackout and it has honestly been great. You aren't roasting at 9am scrambling to get out the tent. A 3 man for one person will be absolutely fine. We are a couple and have the 3 man and are looking for a slightly bigger tent now (it is doable but theres basically no space if its two people plus bags) and will likely just stick with the same brand just in a bigger size. It isn't super light but to be honest at this stage I'd rather take the better tent that I can actually get a bit of rest in and deal with the carrying than get a lighter non blackout tent I can't stand being in. Worried about the weight of the bigger one but think it will be a better experience!
