Yep this one!
Used the 3 person XL model at 2 festivals last summer - great blackout performance and quality material. Looking forward to using it for proper camping trips when it gets a little warmer soon.
Pretty sure this is what I've got and it's ace. Kept me cool in July temps at 2000 Trees. Plenty of room.
https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/camping-tent-mh100-xl-fresh-and-black-3-person/331796/c335c98c251m8641758 I swear by this tent. Blackout tents are a godsend so you dont wake up in a sweatbox If you're sharing a tent, get the 4 man one
Very easy. -Lay out the ground mat/blackout room out (they're attached) -Pop the 2 poles up, hang the indoor blackout portion on the poles, hook everything to the poles. -Lay the sheet over the top and tape it to the poles and sort the porch area out with another pole. Easy
Fresh and black. I have the Quechua tent you linked, used it for 4 festivals now, best tent ever.
This was my first festival, I got a Quechua Arpenaz 3XL fresh & black tent from Marketplace months ago for £50, I genuinely don’t know if we’d have survived without it. We do camping regularly, we just use a regular tent (not f&b) and I’m always freezing cold at night, sweating in the morning, and awake at 5am with the sun. The f&b meant I could sleep comfortably with just a sleeping bag (didn’t need to overpack blankets and coats), kept cool in the morning, and was able to sleep until 9am and it was still dark inside. It’s an absolute game changer. The only thing I’d change next time is getting a tent that we can stand in and that has a living room area, like our regular tent. 100% worth the money to get a fresh and black.
I have the Decathlon Quechua MH100 XL 3P Fresh and Black and it is truly a game changer. Pros: * I spent most of Saturday in my tent and didn't get **hot** until \~2pm. It really does work. * The vent system is great so you can adjust as needed * It's a palace - super spacious for one person, enough space for a couple & main bags in the sleeping compartment for a long weekend camping. * It has lots of pockets and spots where you can hang things up, v handy. Cons: * It's so dark during the day, you need a lamp on to do anything if you've got the door shut (you have to keep the windows covered and doors shut to keep the heat out or it does heat up quickly like any tent) * It doesn't seem *quite* as sturdy/secure as my old 2 man quechua tent. That being said it has held up in rain and pretty strong winds in the year I've had it so far.
