If budget can stretch then the xmid 2 will be half the weight and arguably more room but require trekking poles The stoic tunnel tent is something I’ve just tried out as I wanted something more spacious for when me are lass and our two dogs go on multi days, think I paid just over £200 and it’s a tardis with 4 season capability and super strong against wind, I’d give it a look at mate Hole this helps ⛺️

Own-Nefariousness-79 1.0I have the Helm 2 compact, I've used it in Scotland and the Lakes in some pretty inclement weather. Ample room for one plus dog. I really like it, so much so I bought the Helm3 compact too, great for 2 plus dog. I'd recommend getting the foot print for it, especially with the dog being in it.
