I had the similar Cloud Wing 10D with the same fabric as the Cloud UP 10D and i loved it. Now I own the Cloud Up 15D in grey because an airline lost my baggage with the cloud wing lol. What sucked with the Cloud Wing: - The 10D fabric is quite delicate and the stuff sack in the same 10D fabric ripped quite early on when taking out the tent. - The cloud wing's 1.5 wall design sucked as it trapped bugs in it's side wing. - When the fabric gets wet the fabric sags and you should use the guy lines. ⠀ What I liked - The fabric feels amazing to touch - Big tent for just 1kg - Waterproof, kept me dry - packs so small - the color combo, that translucent white and yellow made me feel in a good mood to start the day - Sun wakes you up because of the translucent fabric. ⠀ So my advice to you is to use the gui lines and buy better tent stakes.
We use yung **[Nature Hike UL Hiking Tent](https://s.shopee.ph/6VFRwpjvID)** goods for 2-3 person and rainproof na rin. Hindi ganon ka hassle and bigat dalhin, that's why I often choose Ultra Light even sa sleeping pad. Warm enough na rin naman sa loob since di naman cheaply made and not thin yung material nya, created from Oxford Fabric which is great din.

We have the two person one and I wanted my boyfriend to get the three person one originally as well. Glad we went with the two person. Its amazing! Our two mats fit perfectly against each other making it one big comfi area and no falling in gaps/ off the mat. The dome makes it feel more roomy than our other triangle tent. It held up well in mild wind and long rainshowers thus far and is easy to set up. We just took it for three weeks tenting in the US and were very happy with it. Sometimes it was near freezing temps, with a good mat and bag it was very comfi.
I have had decent success with a *Cloud Up 2 Lightweight Backpacking Tent*. It has its cons and its pros, but for the distances I tend to walk (60 to 100 miles typically), it works well as a one-person tent. I like the water proofing when it is new, and the rain fly above the entrance lets me put my pack outside. A "long, wide" air mattress tends to be a tight fit length-wise. It costs about US$165. > Looking for something thats "designed for 3 people". Three-person tents are good for two people, with their gear outside.
Indeed, I like my Cloud Up 2 Lightweight Backpacking Tent. I found the "one person" to be too small, as I like to have my gear inside the tent at night. I once had an animal, in the East Mojave Desert, walk away with one of my boots. I wrote about this in my well-selling memoir.
>On a budget, the Naturehike tents are the best of the "Amazon special" cheap knockoffs. Indeed, and I agree. I like my Cloud Up 2 Lightweight Backpacking Tent, as it is good for one person (though not for tall people).
I have that same tent (although I'm in Australia, and I'm only 176cm). Got it from Amazon. Light, inexpensive, and importantly, it packs up super small. A great starter tent for me to use while I lust over the Durstons.
I've got a Naturehike Cloudup 2P and it's better in just about every way than my decidedly average Coleman. I'm really happy with it. Naturehike are a Chinese brand, and Temu is also China based so it's not that weird they could get it from there, and it's not necessarily a fake. Temu fakes are so outrageously and obviously shite, that you'll know immediately if it's not the real thing.
My first budget backpacking sleeping bag was a Kelty Cosmic 20. It was way heavier than I expected. A friend let me use their Naturehike Sleeping bag (not sure on specific type) and it was way lighter and more compact. I still use the Kelty for car camping, but it no longer goes on backpacking trips with me. My next upgrade will be an ultralight quilt. I got a used Gossamer Gear pack 55L off eBay that I love! I started with a Naturehike CloudUp 2 tent which was fine for the price, I have since upgraded to a Tarptent Double Rainbow (also used on eBay). Depending on the distance and weather, I will still take the Naturehike tent sometimes even though it is heavier. I like that you can use it without the rain fly on a nice night and just have the mesh top so I can see the trees and stars. My first pad was a Klymit pad from Amazon for $40. It works fine for warm weather. I upgraded to an Exped Duo 3R last year since I now usually backpack with my daughter or girlfriend and a 2P pad seemed easier. I also have two Nemo Switchback pads that I will carry on some hikes. I put them under my pad in the tent to prevent any punctures in my Exped and to give a little more insulation on colder nights. They are also great to pull out and use as a pad around camp when we are lounging before going to bed. Unfortunately, UL gear and spending an arm and leg kinda go hand in hand. All of my inexpensive gear was great to get me started, but over the last few years, I have been replacing them with lower weight, higher quality, and hence more expensive options. Along with being heavier, the cheaper stuff is just, cheaper. The biggest thing I have noticed is the zippers don't glide as easy on my cheap gear. This can be a huge annoyance when trying to zip your tent or bag.
