Legit tent company. I can't vouch for the website. I have that tent in Brown 3-person version for car camping. I adore it. Spacious; solid; versatile awning; reasonable price. I bought it from Naturehike on Amazon, though, not a Naturehike website. If you don't hear from them, contact your credit card company and ask for cancellation and charge-back. . You might also check the junk folder on your email server in case Naturehike's replies are being filtered.

It's easier on the budget than Rei and other brands and this is going to be our second winter camping with it. No matter what you spend though remember it's not the tents job to keep you warm but to keep you sheltered. Warmth has to come from your sleep system, apparel and possibly a heat source. This tent is designed for a woodstove but we use a big buddy propane heater. Be prepared for your heat source not to work in an emergency (wet wood range out of fuel and so one) Lastly this is not a tent for backpacking as it weighs close to 20 lbs
