Tent: Browning Glacier 4. It’s perfect for two people with full size cots. The GSD might make things a bit cozy though. Full coverage rain fly has kept us dry in very wet weather. Downside is the floor is pretty delicate and must be protected to avoid holes. Size up and look at the NTK Arizona series of tents. Much more durable floor and awesome rain fly coverage. Cot: I have full size Coleman cots that work well but are a pain to set up because of how hard you have to starch the fabric. There is a trick to make it easier but you still need almost Herculean strength. One thing to keep in mind is a cot will put a lot of cold air under you and won’t have much cushioning so a camp mattress will help and/or a wool blanket under your sleeping bag. Chair: I have used the classic Coleman collapsible chairs, cascade mountain tech backpacking style high back chairs but my favorite is the timber ridge folding chair with side table. It sits higher which is easier on my knees and back, my legs don’t dig into the metal frame bars, the side table is nice and they even have a heated version.

We have an NTK Arizona GT that sleeps our family of 4 plus two large dogs very comfortably. We can set up 4 full size cots and dog beds. It’s 6 feet tall in the big dome and a little shorter in the partition side. It has two entrances and a full rain fly that works very well.

Interesting. We bought ours around 2019 from Amazon. I haven’t kept up on the company. Hopefully they are still in business because it’s a great tent!

If you want family size with a full rain fly, take a look at the NTK Arizona GT. There are several sizes available. I have the 12 person and it is massive! The rain fly offers excellent coverage and it has served us well for about 5 years now. We have camped in torrential downpours and stayed completely dry.

Check out NTK. If you are brand loyalists. They are a very large South American, I think Brazilian brand. We have one of their tents and it is very well made and have been through a lot. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than other brands and a very good tent imo.
