ollieblondie 0.4I've had both the Phoxx and Bobcat. I wouldn't recommend the Phoxx no matter how tall you are, it's more the shape and design of where the door is and how you get in and out which I found really cramped and uncomfortable. Bobcat feels bigger than it is. There's not much difference in packed size ( I store the bobcat in the Phoxx bag!)

The_Crafty_Crow 0.4I have a bobcat - 5ft 3 woman. It does me perfectly for solo adventures. It’s big enough I can sit up in and there’s space for my stuff. I wouldn’t say it packs down especially small though, I sling it across the top of my pack usually. Happy to answer any questions!
