Look into the OEX phoxx 1 V2. It's a one man tent where the inner and outer are tied together, and with dozens of uses I've never needed to separate them. You lay it out with the outer up into the rain. And then peg it and insert the poles. 5000mm hydrostatic head ~1.5kg Very quick to setup and pack down. Made in the UK I believe.

Oex phoxx 1 v2 perfect for this scenario, it isn’t very big, but it’ll fit you and your bag, packs down pretty small and doesn’t weigh a great deal, also £79 at go outdoors👌🏻

Haha i came to advise that although I like phoxx 1 I do miss being able to sit up.

Have a look at the cloud up. I’d also avoid the phoxx 3 as it’s just too big for 1 person. Keep in mind head hight too. I have a phoxx 1 and love it, very easy to set up, decently light but it’s a coffin and not for everyone. If you’re planning on using hiking poles you could have a look at the lanshan potentially.
