What did you think of it? I bought one for my family and we're going to use it the first time in a couple of weeks. We have two easy ups sitting in our garage, and I couldn't pass up the price for a tent that could fit three cots. We set it up in the backyard. I'm a bit apprehensive about the screen roof if the temps fall. I bought some wool blankets to cover them if needed.
This is my "dream" setup, I don't own it yet, but I've set up a 10x10 canopy by myself, so an 8x8 should be doable solo. From my research Undercover has a good rep for quality. A few reviews mention seeping at the seams during heavy rains though, so definitely consider options. EZ-Up makes a cube tent that goes under a 10x10, and some companies make tents that attach to the side of a 10x10. I did own the Ozark Trails Connectent and it was a decent tent at a budget price, so that's another alternative
This might work for you. I’ve used it camping in the desert and the screen walls help keep it well ventilated. The top is also screened but you have to remove the EZup cover if you want the extra airflow. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-7-Person-2-in-1-Screen-House-Connect-Tent-with-2-Doors-Canopy-Sold-Separately/5183001275
This tent sounds like it might work for you. The screen walls all open/close. Also, the top of the tent is actually screened so if you remove the EZup cover you can see the stars and get more ventilation. Both the front and back have doors that open up so you could put it in front of your camper and go through it. The EZup is sold separately. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-7-Person-2-in-1-Screen-House-Connect-Tent-with-2-Doors-Canopy-Sold-Separately/5183001275 There’s a similar official EZup brand tent that has smaller windows/screens and doesn’t have the 2nd door/entry. It’s a little more expensive but also has some added features so it’s a tradeoff of what you prefer. https://www.walmart.com/ip/E-Z-Up-Camping-Cube-6-4-Outdoor-Camping-Cube-Converts-to-10-Straight-Canopy-Tent-Royal-Blue/199010082
