Out of those the Helm compact or Starlight would be my choice. What is wrong with Nylon? In my opinion 20D Sil Nylon is the sweet spot for strength and weight, though anything 10-40D is fine.
I have a Robens Starlight 2, and it's great. Enough space for one person to be comfortable (it's definitely not a two person tent), decent vestibule and ventilation options, and very sturdy when pitched well (although I haven't taken it out in gale force winds, and I wouldn't necessarily trust it with snow loading). I did an instore test pitch of the Highlander Refuge 1 a while ago out of curiosity and, while it's not bad, it generally feels a bit unfinished and the ventilation options are non-existent. The inner is also a bit too small for long winter nights for my preference. Absolutely huge vestibule, though - you could practically fit another person in there if you wanted to. Haven't tried the others on your list, but can happily recommend the Robens.
