fersk 1.0Joining a bit late but Robens just launched an Ultralight range with trekking tents, sleep system (quilt, sleeping bag and sleeping mats) and a cookset. The tent is a bit above your target price but I thought I would mention it anyway as it meets all your other points of availability, designed in europe, and is beginner friendly.
