Argali and Seek Outside make hot tents. They use silpoly and silnylon respectively. I'd recommend either the Argali Absaroka or the Seek Outside Cimmaron. I own the Absaroka and it's been absolutely fantastic. I use it with a Seek Outside SXL stove. I'd be looking at 4 person tents to sleep two people comfortably. I used to own the Seek Outside Guardian. We fit two guys with a stove in it but it was tight, I wanted more headroom, and I like silpoly more than silnylon. If you like this form factor, Argali is releasing a similar tent called the Lehmi in February. I was fortunate enough to test out a prototype in September and October. It fixed the issues I had with the SO Guardian.
I don't own one but I have used one, and have seen a few up close. They're pretty poorly made and I'm 90% sure their weight estimates are off. They're super heavy. If you want to get into winter hot tenting you need to think with an ultralight mindset. Most hot tenting gear isn't designed to be carried. The stuff that is, is ultralight, even when marketed towards non-Ultralight hikers purely out of necessity. This is double true in winter conditions, where the weight of your gear is already heavier. Bulk is also a consideration in this. The difference between an 8lbs tent+stove combo and 15lb tent + stove combo in the winter is a ton. I have a Seek Outside guardian. I use it through the shoulder seasons and during the winter with a titanium stove. It works super well, and my set up of tent, tent floor, stove, and stove pipe comes to about 8lbs. Not terrible, but heavier than my summer gear. I've had it for 5 or 6 years now and it's held up well.
Seek Outside makes solid gear, good call on that setup. 8lbs is pretty reasonable for a hot tent combo honestly - those Pomoly weights are definitely sus when you see them in person
