SlingFin have really good and light 4-season tents. I have a HotBox (double-wall, assault style) and really satisfied. The 4-season version of the CrossBow is amazing too.

As a guy who owns two Tarptents and a Slingfin this is the right answer. Only reason I don’t own one is because the others are still great and it would be wasteful to buy another tent

The xmid 2 is pretty solid if you use all guy points. If you want something sturdier that you can take into the mountains, look at sling fin.

I love my Slingfin tent. Dual doors, they make a lightweight option. Company started from the MSI tent designer who wanted to change the expedition designs and MSI said no.

I was just going to recommend Eureka! Tents but they no longer exist. My family had those when I was growing up (90% BWCA trips) and I had one recently that went through the wringer and never caused any trouble. Big Agnes and Northface have been very good for me over the years. I've moved on to Slingfin but they don't make a four person other than a dedicated hot tent.

Slingfin solid tents, lightweight, tons of nice features, just find the model that fits in your budget and needs

I've had Slingfin and Copper Spur. The Copper Spur has a bit more volume. Slingfin is better in bad weather. More wind stable, takes snow loads much better because you can use trekking poles for added support. 3+season. But the Durston X-dome sets up fly first, so you can set up dry(er) in rain. I'd look into that. I think you can use trekking poles with it as well.
