I have the small version of this and did about 20 nights in it this summer. I love it , it was only $300. I did have to seal a couple of seams. But it is the best tent I’ve ever used for car camping. We did get stuck in a brutal windstorm, winds were around 60mph. It did not tear but it was buckling and we had to break it down. However like a bouncy castle it is basically indestructible. Everyone was fleeing the campsite even vans. The space is crazy, total game changer when you can stand up to change, set up cots, etc.

We’ve used traditional pole tents exclusively in the past but have been intrigued with inflatable tents for a while and the hypothetical pros seemed to outweigh the cons. We finally purchased one a few weeks back and just got back from a two night camping trip in Algonquin Park in central/northern Ontario, Canada. The premium brands like Coody and RBM sell at ridiculous prices IMO and I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money until I came across Vevor’s polycotton inflatable tent options. For less than half the price of RBM/Coody, you could get essentially the same product: same material, same design, etc. It’s made at the same factory RBM’s tents are made in and is the same aesthetically with the same windows, doors, and features. The price of $1100 for a Vevor versus $2k+ of RBM/Coody is insane. Their 5-8 person tent is ~120sq foot or so and perfect size for my fiance and I. We also have a new pup (almost 5 months old) so we wanted a space that would maintain warmth. The temps fell to -5 degrees Celsius overnight (23f) and we had the wood stove burning the entire time: temps fluctuated between 20-25C (68-77f) in the tent the entire time. We also had the option of using the port at the front of the tent for the diesel heater but just opted for our wood stove instead. I was concerned that the tent would lose pressure as the temperatures fell from 8C (46f) during the day to below 0 overnight but it held just fine. Pros: - Went up in 6 mins with a SUP inflator and 3-4 mins using the hand pump we wanted to try. - It held heat very well, even after my fiance and I were a bit tired of putting more wood in the stove. - Lots of windows! Great natural light during the day. - Stayed dry without any leaks in the rain, both the fly and without the fly. - Solid flooring that ends about half a foot or so from the ground. - Many places to hang lights. - Ports for electricity and heating is a definite plus and we made use of it. - A frame style cabin was tall enough for both of us to stand up in. Cons: - Very heavy so suitable only for car camping (100lbs or so) - Folding it up after taking it down was a bit of a chore. - Takes up a lot of trunk space. Overall, our first time with this tent was very good and it was super comfortable!

It was really fun! Truly a portable cabin with modern tech that provides good heat, portable cooking and comforts like a couch and bed.

I was surprised to see they had this option on their website. I was a bit concerned with quality but when I learned it’s made at the same factory as the premium brands I had no hesitation in buying this. The tent is solid and I’ll be doing a ton of winter camping this year.

LOL I even researched the factory it’s made in before I dropped that kind of money on a tent but yes, the same people that produce the RBM/Coody tents also make the Vevor inflatable tents. I think because Vevor is such a big company they’re likely able to scale their orders much higher, bringing down costs? I don’t know but I can’t argue with the price difference as an average guy in Canada.

Set up was straight forward and took about ~15 mins to have the tent inflated, staked and all camping supplies inside of the tent, including the wood stove.

Deflation was very easy: we just had to unscrew the valve and it deflated in seconds. Folding it up was simplistic as well, but I think my perception was impacted by the fact that I was sleepy, it was cold, and I had a pup that required my attention to be split a bit. Subtracting putting away everything in the tent, deflating, folding (from front to back), and putting away in the bag took about 12-15min so not bad at all. Inflation and staking was less annoying than deflating and packing away.

It was about 1100 before tax so quite expensive. The floor is not removable! But yes Algonquin back country is my favourite this time of the year. No people, no bugs is a good time.

I’ve had this tent for 2 weeks. It’s been outside in the environment the entirety of the time experiencing rain and 30mph wind gust. Overall amazing tent, no complaints. Pros: Huge, couch room for activities. The wood stove keeps area super warm when consistently ran. All assembly pieces are super efficient and interchangeable with ease. Genuinely comfortable glamping tent and perfect for families/dogs. Cons: A bit heavy, have to find exact automatic air pump to work otherwise you’ll use manual pump(not terrible but it’s a workout), if gust of wind persist concern that tent may not be stable.

I think accompanied with a diesel heater it’d be good. I had it in 39 degrees the other night and interior maintained 49-54

I tried looking and never saw anything. I’m thinking about doing some PVC pipes assist in holding it up. Cheap option and i think will do the job with worst case scenario

Ya I see a lot of dudes in Asia using these tents in snow and no problems

I did after the first 2 days as stated. I noticed when it got colder at night the air condensed requiring a pump, but like I said it’s been 2 weeks outside going solid. Passed all the test and is ready for the wild.

I tried a paddle board psi, but took ages. There’s a specific one that pairs with this tent for $60 and gets it up in 4-6min. Manually doing it took me about 7min

What a time to be alive! Driving up to camp sites and you see someone else with one and they’d give you the nod in validation. Others looked like it was the holy grail of the outdoors! Good times
