Howdy fellow hammock camper. Ok, so what I use is similar to a Wenzel Sprout 2 Tent - Kids. (I don't have it on me to tell you the specific name and model though. I will edit this comment later with that info when I get home.) It is 5 foot wide and 6.5 foot long. I am able to comfortably fit myself and a friend in this tent, but it is quite nice with just myself in it as well without it being 'too much'. It weighs in at least than 5 pounds, but weighs about as much as my hammock, tarp, and under quilt combined. When packed up it takes about as much space. I found mine second hand for about $20 plus the cost to re-waterproof it. Do note that this is what works for me. My recommendation for you is to see how wide and long both yours and your girlfriend's sleep pads are when you put them together. That will give you the floor space that you are looking for and will make it easier to find a tent. Have a look at your local shops for a 'kids' or 'youth' tent, ideally one labeled as a 2-4 person tent. These are usually under $100, and range in size from 4x5 foot to 6x7 foot. I do recommend waterproofing them though as sometimes they are either not waterproofed or not accurately waterproofed for your area.
I have the 10 person instant setup dark room Coleman for my family of 4. It’s not technically 2 rooms but it has a fabric divider you can use to separates one side from the other effectively making it like 2 rooms. A huge plus is it blocks out most light which should make it easier for the kid to nap. It’s also much quicker to setup than a traditional tent. It has 2 entry/exit points but I’d consider this a plus since it gives you options. I previously had a Wenzel tent which did have 2 rooms…it was an OK cheap tent but would highly recommend the Coleman over it.
