Background-Park-8416 1.0Many say this but i haven’t experienced any heat related issues yet, if you stay in extreme temperature areas then you may want to double check. I have three 70mai dash-cams in all. The 70mai dual channel(front & rear) A510 In my Ford 7 Seater, and a single channel M200 Dashcam3 in my polo. Reasons i chose these above anything was the Starvis 2 Sensor for absolute clear images day or night. These can be hardwired to capture in parked mode, and the app is easy to use amongst all.

They're just a small round barrel type, very easy to hide if you mount it next to/in front of the rear view mirror.

Inexpensive and the camera quality is decent (Sony sensor, only 1080p but colours are vibrant and contrast is good for making out license plates), has built in battery to monitor after cars parked, g sensor, voice controls for taking pictures and videos, and it tucks really nicely behind the rear view mirror.
