I’ve installed Blackvue cams (2Ch) in all of my cars. All were easily hidden behind the rearview except the 2024 model Toyota that has a lot more features that fit in the space behind the mirror. For that car, the camera sits a little below the mirror and is not completely tucked out of view.

r/dashcams • Best Dashcam? ->I bought my Blackvue 750 in 2019. It failed after about three years and they fixed it for about $100.00. it still seems to be doing fine. I live in Arizona and while I use a garage and don't have to park in the sun all the time, it still gets really hot in the car.

I have a Blackvue 2 channel in my wagon and just put a Viofo A329s 3 channel in my new daily. Dual mode hybrid parking recording and lots of nice features on the viofo. Though I prefer the form factor of the blackvue.
