"The app. It's a complete pain in the ass to view any footage ... it won't update the firmware because the dashcam connects to my phone via wifi and if it's connected via wifi, there's not any actual Internet access from the cellular signal so it can never update 🤣 what a joke."

"I ended up installing 2 sets (yes.. two) of 2-channel Blackvue DR900 dash cams on her truck ... I’m not sure if there are dash cams out there that achieve the same thing without needing to purchase 2 sets of cameras, but just something to consider if you really want to cover all bases."
