Great video & easy install, but app and SD card issues.

I have a Blackvue DR900X Plus. Does ok as sometimes plate numbers are hard to read, and the "Plus" brings a rear facing cam as well. I have had it for a few years and it was installed in the Wrangler I had before.
I have the BlackVue DR900x plus. There are newer models 970x. I have the came paired with 3 battery packs hardwired to the interior fuse box for rapid charging. They keep the cam powered for 55+ hours when parked (most important part for me). Also got an old t-mobile portable hotspot (cool pad) added 2G/$10/per month plan. More than enough when going out for work shopping etc. At home the can connect home WiFi and records until battery dies. Happy so far.
Blackvue. Clear crisp video (even at night), was pretty straightforward to hardwire, convenient to download footage, parking mode with built in volt limiter (can use an exterior one too), cloud storage capability and rear cam fits even with my rear curtain closing for my LS. Used mine for over 7 years, have in multiple cars as it's the favorite of all I've used. Worth even if it's just the UHD ones.
I have had a Blackvue 900X in my 2022 ORP and love it. Rear view came in handy a few months ago. Check my post history in r/dashcams.
A little out of your price range but 70mai A810 is really good. I have it on most of my cars. I have a couple of A800s, which are pretty good (and closer to your budget) and a BlackVue 900s and 900x. BlackVue cameras are good quality but the app is so bad. I’m considering replacing both my BlackVue with the upcoming 70mai T800 camera (they are having a Kickstarter now - launches in August 2025)
I have a blackvue. Works great
The DR900X. Had it on my previous vehicle. Was a little bit of a PIA to fish the cable down the a pillar but once I got to where the wiring harness runs along the bottom of the jam, it was pretty easy to fish it all the way to the back to hook up the rear cam.
