Meron, pero I just wanted to play it safe by getting an SD card from a reputable brand. As far as I know, in-house brand yata ni DDPAI yung kasamang SD card? Eh siyempre mas established sa SD card business ang SanDisk, and you want to be sure na hindi basta basta magffail yung SD card mo while driving, so I went with SanDisk. May no sd card option naman yata sa shopee listing ng ddpai, afaik.

Depends on what your key factor is deciding the product which suits best for your needs. Want it in cloud, like, clips and photos immediately available ? Get one equipped with sim card and free data plan. Must it be 4k, dual, radar activated ? Mostly known brand will have models for you but not with all the best features packed in one model (otherwise other won’t sell). I found myself with ddpai dual 4k, is radar activated, obd port powered so it engages itself when the car parks, no cloud tough. A guy investigated and there’s a way to have remote surveillance but that’s not in the manuals. Takes somewhat high IT knowledge to get to it tough.

I use the DDPAI n5 dual. Works alright. However it’s only the front and rear so once a car door hit my rear and other than the make and color of the car since the license plate wasn’t visible to the camera it was useless for that particular situation. Hope you understood what I intended to say. However please do buy one in case of an accident. Idts the dash cam will help you in road rages tho as I’ve read online the cops don’t help you much depending on emirate.

I have the DDPAI n5 dual it costed me around 1k below with the hardwiring kit and purchased a 512 Gn high endurance sd card too. It’s 4k in the front rear 2k as I recollect. Parking mode works but 2 issues : 1. Main issue which is not the dashcam fault it records 180° not 360° (birds eye view) around the car. So when people hit you car from the side and dip from that same side you don’t have any proof. Has happened to me. 2. There is a green small light coming from the front. I had recently a police case on an Egyptian/ Palestinian wannabe local cause he told he will damage my car etc. my cars front portion was facing his staircase and recording. He came close to the car the next day and saw the green light and went the side and did stupid things to the car. Also threw food from his building. The dash cam won’t help in these issues if it’s 180°. I’ve seen those 360° cameras but they are generally Chinese with generic brands not big names keep this an option too. Also search up viofo pro a fellow redditor recently posted a vid on the group and its clarity is insane during the day. Again that particular dashcam is big and heavy and expensive too so I went with something smaller lighter 👍

I have the DDPAI N5 Dual hardwired to the OBD port. Front cam video quality is excellent even in low light, the rear cam is meh but good enough to recognize license plates. It has supercapacitor too instead of li-ion batteries which reduces the risk of it bursting into flames in extreme Dubai heat. One nitpick is the white 3m tape on the front cam that can be seen from outside (bothers me slightly). Overall good dash cam - straightforward install and decent app.

I have installed The DDPAI N5 Dual via the front port on my Everest and it works fine. The picture quality is neat even in low light.

I havejis installed the front one. The rear is connected to a front camera which I have not yet equipped as the wiring wil be visible.

You will need professional installation i did it in a car garage in DIP2.

Dppai have dual dashcam options. I own ddpai dashcam costs around 8k. I regret not buying rear dashcam now

I had this 70mai then faced issues. Dppai is serving good fr last 1.5 yrs.

I have dual dashcam from ddpai. The rear one isn't great for reading number plates.at nigh or evening. I haven't gotten into any incidents where it has come handy. Only reason i went for it was "might as well have back one" mentality. This is something you install and forget. For price consensus folks its not worth to buy dual dashcam. Better to buy a good quality front one.

Contrary sa iba. I would not recommend ddpai. I bought a z60 and nalalabuan ako sa shots niya kapag gabi. Oks na oks sa umaga pero nagkakatalo talaga mga dashcam sa gabi 'di ba. Having said that, I would have bought higher priced na lang sana na dash cams.

I got my ddpai (yung cheapest) sa autogears banawe. Bili kana lang sd card yung endurance variant sa shopee para maka tipid ka since mas mura kesa sa shop ka bumili.

Ddpai ang gamit ko nowadays coming from generic super cheap dashcam. Almost 3 years na sya sa akin and still serving me well. Eto ata yung cheapest na nakita ko that time na supposed to be a level up from the cheapest.

Didn't 70mai uodate their newer models with supercapacitors? DDpai is relevatively good. Did a bunch of trips to Kerala and MH during the summers.. haven't had issues. But if you're going to invest for the long term I'd suggest Thinkware, Vantrue, and VioFI. They're long term players tbh. Most other brands came up in the last 5 to 6 years to the dashcam market.

Ddpai. Mirror dashcam ba? Meron din sila. Yi dash cam Wag ka bbli nung QCY ba un. Ojoshko. Mgpatint ka din agad dhil ng ooverheat sila sa sobrang init DTO sa pinas Nka 4 na ata akong palit kasi ng fflicker bumigay ung back camera at bgla na lng nmatay ung dashcam(QCY)

I have been using ddpai for both my cars and eventhou it heats up pretty quick..it does not mean it is unfunctional or defective.It serves its purpose.(I live in south India where temp easily cross 35 degrees)
