DDPAI - Z40 Dual

Same thing happened to me last summer, my old dashcam kept falling off every few days. I switched to the DDPAI Z40 Dual that uses a 3M adhesive mount instead of a suction cup, and it’s been rock solid even in 100°+ heat. Video quality’s great too, day and night.

I’ve been really happy with my DDPAI Z40 + interior cam setup, it’s been super reliable and the video quality is way clearer than anything else I’ve used in this price range. The night footage is especially good, and plates stay readable even when cars are moving. The app is smooth, install was easy, and it’s been a great fit for gig driving since it covers both the road and the cabin. For under $100, it’s honestly one of the best value setups I’ve tried.

I agree with the people here regarding ddpai and 7Omai. Personally, I use ddpai z40 dual then bumili din ako ng hardwire kit para hindi sa 12v outlet ng sasakyan kukuha ng power ung dashcam, pangit kasi yung location ng 12v outlet ng sasakyan ko (nasa center console) Btw OP, naalala ko na nagtatanong ka last time if Fortuner or Everest hahaha so mukhang nakabili ka na, anong napili mo?

I've been using ddpai Z40 for 3 years. Works fine despite being under hot sun all these years cos of the supercapacitor battery. Footage isn't clear at night and I don't use parking mode. But just want to praise the battery technology used by ddpai

Ddpai z40 z50 is good. May rear cam narin. Clear yung kuha kahit sa gabi. May nabibili ding hardwire kit for 24hr sentry mode

Please consider increase your budget much would be better - 70mai and DDPAI are mostly recommended. If you park outdoor most of the time and expose to rain/sunlight, get DDPAI dashcam (Super Capacitors battery - More durable/last longer in hot climate in Malaysia - software good). Else, get 70Mai instead too as this is quite popular brand (Lithium battery - software much better).
