I have been running a DDPAI N5 Dual and it blends in really well. The body is very small with no screen, so once it is tucked near the mirror you forget it is even there. It records front and rear with clear detail day and night, and the built in 32GB eMMC storage means you still have footage even if the microSD card fails. The radar assisted parking mode has been a bonus since it wakes up only when needed without draining the battery. If you prefer a front only setup, the DDPAI Z60 is another option. Been through a couple dash cams over the years. What I’ve stuck with is the DDPAI Z60 Pro. It’s been solid. Front and rear, super clear both day and night. Plates come out sharp even in bad lighting.It uses Sony STARVIS 2 sensors, front cam is true 4K, and the app doesn’t make you fight to get your footage. I’ve got it hardwired with their OBD kit and parking mode’s been reliable without killing my battery. Got a DDPAI Z60 Pro installed on my Jimny, yun 3 channel. So far very happy naman, i purchased it via Lazada, then had it installed by someone who knows what they’re doing. App was user friendly as well.

I use their cam too, I would say you can try Z60 pro, cuz you can pair it with their Mini2X cam to make it a full 3-channel setup. I’ve got three kids myself, but normally one older sits on the front, and added the cabin cam mostly for peace of mind. Now I can just review the footage instead of turning into a contortionist at every red light 😅 Definitely made my rides a lot less stressful. Super clean install, and the interior cam is actually really solid (2K res, decent low light).

Had a similar issue before break-ins overnight and nothing caught. I switched to the DDPAI Z60 Pro mostly because it has a 32GB emmc built in, so if someone rips out the cam or the SD, there’s still footage saved. You can also pair it with their 4G box and have clips uploaded to the cloud, but even without that, it records while parked using time-lapse and wakes up if there’s an impact. Not the cheapest, but it’s definitely helped me sleep better.

I had the same question when shopping for a dash cam. 4K in the front definitely helps with plate details at a distance. For the rear, 1080p has been more than enough for daily driving and parking. I went with the DDPAI Z60. Sharp front camera, clear rear footage, and it’s been very stable overall. Unless you really need rear 4K, I’d say save the money.

Same here man, I had a Vava cam and the app just disappeared on my new phone. No updates, no support.I switched to DDPAI Z60 Pro and it’s been solid. App still works great on Android, easy to connect, no pairing drama. Plus it has backup storage in case the SD card fails. If your Vava still works but the app’s gone, might be time to switch before it leaves you hanging.

If you are still worried, you can always tuck the wires neatly and use parking mode so you don’t need to take it on and off all the time. I’ve been running a DDPAI Z60 and it has been solid. The camera itself is all black and blends in with the rearview mirror so it doesn’t catch the eye, I honestly forget it’s even there. It also has parking surveillance so if anyone were to mess with the car, you’d have it on video. That peace of mind is worth more than worrying about someone noticing it.

I have been using DDPAI Z60. It has front and rear camera modules. It works fine. I would suggest you to buy the camera with Super Capacitor only. Do not prefer camera with battery. Super capacitor can sustain weather extremes.

Ddpai z60 hands down. Had the previous Ddpai model for the last 4 years. Going strong. Super Capacitor instead of other type of battery is good for us with our climate. Never encountered a problem.

When I was researching dashcams it all boiled down to what sensor they're using. Sony or a cheap Chinese sensor. As long as you get a Sony sensor you're golden. Ended up going with a ddpai front and back system for $250. Had the Blackvue in my old car. Got stung by the dealership $1500 for it. Never again

From my experience the cheap ones dont last. For about a year it will start to show signs. On&off, memory card problems. When i switched to Ddpai, no more issues. Been using them for two years now.

Find a dash cam that does not use lithium batteries. There are a couple that use super capacitors that are heat resistant. I use a ddpai that is cost effective and never over heats. Get a 70mai or even better options like Redtiger or DDPAI and use a hardwire kit with it.. It will allow you to record 24/7 and don't forget to check if the hardwire kit has a voltage protection so that the battery will not be drained.

Contrary sa iba. I would not recommend ddpai. I bought a z60 and nalalabuan ako sa shots niya kapag gabi. Oks na oks sa umaga pero nagkakatalo talaga mga dashcam sa gabi 'di ba. Having said that, I would have bought higher priced na lang sana na dash cams.

Ddpai ang gamit ko nowadays coming from generic super cheap dashcam. Almost 3 years na sya sa akin and still serving me well. Eto ata yung cheapest na nakita ko that time na supposed to be a level up from the cheapest.

best quality si DDPAI. sa Shinehub ako nagpakabit ng dashcam and sa Mayon quezon city lang sila located. madali pa kausap ang may ari.

DDPai. Bang for the buck lalo if may Shopee vouchers. Easy enough to install, lalo’t may kasamang prying tool to use to hide the cable.

Been using DDPai in our cars since 2017. Good resolution, clear night mode, and easy to download the footage. Plus their cams are compact and easy to install. The things I look for in a dash cam. Pluses include parking monitoring, telemetry, and durability.

Ddpai din gamit ko. Ako na rin lang naginstall. May kasama naman sya tool na panginsert sa mga gilid-gilid. Sa parking lot ko lang ininstall nun. 🙂

honestly thats on you anong less distracting sayo. personally I prefer separate screens for the dashcam, not really a fan sa mirror type. distracting for me and nababawasan yung view ko sa rear with the added screen usual recos are DDPAI and 70mai but for a more budget option try Azdome

You can buy this as this is the cheapest and really reliable. I set this up for my wife car and so far it is really good. Picture and video quality is great You get front and back camera. Ddpai is as good as 70 Mai but cheaper

My $150 ddpai dashcam have that all feature and better video quality as well. And comes with both front and rear camera. $1500 for a dashcam is yes a pisstake.

You can't go wrong with DDPAI and 70mai. I got a A800S+rear cam set from Blade and they installed it for me free of charge. Now regarding parking mode, I would advise against it because it means hardwiring it and that voids the car warranty.

DDPAI for me no issue, just the adhesive for the serial number can't stand the Malaysian heat.

70mai or DDPAI I have both and they’ve been pretty good.

I am using a Vantrue E1 Pro. Already tried different 70mai units, and earlier this year, DDPai. For me, the best among them was the Vantrue, as long as you get the top of the line models that use a Sony Starvis 2 sensor. Single cam lang to, since medyo pricey ung dual cam. With that my plan is to just eventually get a separate rear cam.
