stpaxjam 1.0Yes BMW needs to do better and install high-end cameras on a $100+ vehicle. You can record continuosly using the DR App in iDrive 8,5 and a USB thumbdrive or to your iPhone, but quality is not so great and front camera appears like you are traveling very fast. Plus there is no data. I have two Garmin 66 cameras front and back. Quality us great and data is embedded
ThugMagnet 1.0PLEASE AVOID DIESELBOSS DB5 it has the User Interface from Hell. Also be aware that Garmin 66W is extremely heat sensitive and will crash even in moderate temperatures. And as much as I love the Nextbase **622GW** it is configured at the factory for 'non overwrite' mode. So the moment you need it, it is 'so sorry. I know it looks like I was hard at work all this time, but I stopped recording six months ago'.

kinboyatuwo 0.0I know 2 guys with them that have been really happy. They are still selling units. There are a lot of action cameras but I went down the rabbit hole and two issues hit most, battery life (I wanted at min 4 hours) and dashcam mode that was useful. I ended up getting the Garmin front (recently) and rear (over 2 years ago) and have been really happy. For me integration to make it easy and on every ride is key. I move them between bikes in 30 seconds too this way.
