Garmin - Tandem

Buddy can I just say what a sweet human you are… you stuck your neck out for this lady and you’re taking the heat for something you didnt do. You could be out here cursing people left and right like so many wannabe Reddit warriors do, but you’re handling this so awesomely and I just wanna say a massive well done to you🙏🏻 I have a Garmin Tandem if you need dashcam recs (i know you already ordered one, but for the future) it records both the inside and the outside of the car, and I love it. The app sucks though😅 I hope you are doing well, and that Uber handles this properly.

I use a Garmin Tandem in front (also does interior) and a Garmin Mini for the rear.

Garmin. If you really want to protect or damn yourself, get one with a dual camera so it can see you too. 😂

Whatever dash cam you choose, check the reviews on the App Store for iOS and Android. A lot of them SUCK. That being said, I’ve been using Garmin Tandem (double cams) and Garmin 56w for 3 years without any issues.

I have 3 Garmin dash cams in my Honda. 0 issues in almost 4 years. They’re extremely reliable with the voice commands, Bluetooth/ Wifi synchronicity and playback (with phone in car and home with laptop). I’m rockin’ the Garmin Tandem 180 degree wide angle front and interior recording (2 in 1) and the Garmin 56W 140 degree wide angle in back. I highly recommend the SanDisk High Endurance SD cards for loop recording. I tried the Samsung ones and not the best.

I've liked the Garmin Tandem. The angle is *very* wide on both (and I wanted both front and back in case someone rear ends).
