I have the same Dashcam, it is fine honestly, however I also noted an issue (which is very dumb). 1. The video lock currently start after the shock happen (or after you press the lock button on the left). I raised the issue, and they told me they fixed the firmware. Now the lock feature should lock the current video loop, instead of starting a new locked loop after the shock. 2. You can update the G-shock level so it does not auto lock the video for every road bump or hard break.

r/melbourne • Given the general level of sketchiness of Melbourne drivers, I don't think a dash cam is optional any more. ->My last 2 VIOFO’s didn’t last and had a lot of issues with intermittent recordings on the 70mai, so I’ve tried a cheaper GKU D700…wish me luck. Dad’s had one on his car for about a month and I can’t fault it. Front and rear quality is very good.
