I bought Red Tiger 4k front and rear for both my wife's and my car. Then I bought Red Tigers front facing camera for my jeep. They are both under 150 from Amazon

I've got a red tiger, it's not bad but it gets too hot in parking mode all day in the sun at work. But I honestly haven't had a dashcam that hasn't overheated in the summer sun

I thought the same thing with my Redtiger when I got into an accident, looked like the footage was right in between a loop like you described, all I had to do was plug the micro SD into a laptop and manually search through the files but I found the footage, even though it wasn’t showing it in the app!! Good luck

Gotcha, I have a Red Tiger brand on my car. Hardwiring it also give me parking mode and almost and instant recording when I turn my car on.
