REDTIGER 4K STARVIS 2 Dash Cam. Works good at night as well. Link:https://a.co/d/hUnIJaQ
https://a.co/d/fHchmoR This is what I use. It's a bit pricey but because of its 4K resolution I was able to catch a 75 mph hit-and-run (sideswipe) driver last August. Rear camera will be difficult to install if you have a hatchback trunk, common for SUVs.
I hardwired a [Redtiger F7N](https://a.co/d/4MoUQWG) to my 2021 GT a few months ago, both front and rear cams, and it has performed really well. I like having the 24/7 parking mode recording feature and the rear cam for potential accidents as I commute a lot for work. It also plugs into the 12V outlet if you don’t want parking mode. I have it suction cupped out of my line of sight when driving.
I have the RedTiger F7N Touch, which fits perfectly behind the rearview mirror. My issue is trying to figure out where to mount the rear camera. I have a 97M so I really don't have a rear wind deflector. I do have the rear brace so I'm trying to find something that I can clamp to that and mount the small camera. Has anyone figured out how to do something like that?
I have a Red Tiger F7NTouch front and back camera hardwire to my car with a 256gb scandisk. Definitely don't regret purchasing it.
Works well and the microphone picks up audio pretty good too
I got a red tiger f7n touch for Christmas and it’s been good so far. I use an obdll plug
I like the garmin mini dash cam 3, I got the ODB power adapter and set it to 10 mins so it doesn’t drain the battery. If you want 4k then I’d go red tiger f7n touch and up to you if you want the rear camera. I would recommend.
I have the newer version of this and so far so good! Mine also does better now that it is hardwired vs the plug in power source
I have two F7Ns in my cars and one F9. I recommend the F9 if you ever get another one. Although, they just came out with something better.
A G-force event would send the file to the permanent folder(don't recall the name), just like if you hit the save button while driving. Is it in that other folder? I'm curious, because I have an F7N on my rock rig, and it gets plenty of GForce events.

Don't have a back window so I use the rear camera on the passenger mirror in the work truck. Crystal clear, and ready set up
