I have a thinkware f70. It's hardwired to my fuse box and set on parking mode
Not the person above, but I use a thinkware f70. It's nothing fancy, no rear cam, but it takes good quality footage.
I like the basic Thinkware F70. It’s small and well built. Good optical quality. The F200 has rear camera.
Just a super cheap Thinkware F70
I got a thinkware f70 for sale :-) But really thinkware are good cameras
I’ve done three of them, one being in my Outback. I’d rate it as relatively easy. If you’ve seen the videos, you know about running the wire to the fuse panel. Most important step is the piggybacking of the fuses with a fuse tap and picking a proper constant and a proper switched fuse space. Get a cheep tester. My preference is Thinkware with wifi for less than $200. F70 is just fine. Scorching summer sun to winter deep freeze, I’ve never had an issue with a Thinkware camera. You don’t need the expense of a built in screen on the camera. If you ever need access to a video, you can easily grab it by wifi. Honestly in three years I think I needed to access a video once. You think you’ll view videos it all the time, but you won’t.
I have a thinkware f series in mine and love it.
