Thinkware - Q200 2-Channel 2K QHD Dash Cam

I think Best Buy has stuff (fuse, wiring) needed for install on hand if you don't buy the install kit, but I think they charge you extra for it.

I ended up buying THINKWARE - Q200 2K Front & 1080p Rear Dash Cam with GPS and Wi-Fi - Dark Blue from Best Buy and paid extra for installation I cannot figure out cars to save my life.

Whatever you pick, I’d recommend against a camera that dangles off a mount unless it’s very small. I tried a Thinkware Q200 but I had to take it off immediately bc the Tacoma windshield is so small, it distracted my view no matter where I tried mounting it. I got a Viofo A229 instead and like another commenter, I mounted it in the black dot area of the windshield next to the mirror and I hardly notice it.

There a several good options. I use the Thinkware Q200. Performance is good and you can power it from the Homelink Rearview Mirror with an adapter from MX5Things.

I have the Thinkware q200 front and back. It works fine. $170

Thinkware Q200 front and rear. Get OBD-II power pass through adapter. Tuck the wires in the headliner and down the A pillar. EZ PZ.

I have a thinkware Q200 and I like it well enough. No real issues or complaints.

I got thinkware Q200 recommended by the dashcam subreddit. It’s a two way with parking mode. Best Buy installed it with a hard wire for $99.

ThinkWare Q200, Ford sells it via the accessories portal, but it's significantly cheaper from BestBuy. Simple set up, 2K UHD front sensor 1080p rear sensor. Front camera is the size of a large candy bar, rear sensor is about 1/2 the size of a AA battery. You can get a harness to hardware it to the fuse panel under the steering wheel.
