Vantrue E2 is what I'm running. It has a front and rear camera, both of which I use since I'm in Florida, land of the awful drivers

Don't know if it's the *best* dashcam, but my Vantrue E2 can do that. I can view and download clips wirelessly to my phone.

My family and I have been using Vantrue dashcams for many years, and we’ve been very happy with the product qualities. Of course I had some faulty units, but their customer service was pretty helpful and processed warranty replacements with no problems. Currently all 4 cars have Vantrue E2. Design-wise, i actually think Vantrue looks better than viofo because viofo products look very similar to some random unknown companies products. But then it’s subjective. I have been curious about the 4 channel dashcam from Vantrue, and even though i don’t believe it truly covers 360 degrees, i think it’d be great for uber-driving. You gotta protect yourself while driving, and the two cabin cams would be very helpful.

Vantrue max 2.7K resolution, like E3 now I think, I have the E2, with dual cameras, front and rear. Higher resolution like 4K, the pixels are too small and they are not as sensitive in low light conditions, including at night.

I have a Vantrue E2 (front and rear) in my 2015 Highlander and E1 (front only) in my 2018 CRV. I’ve had them for about 2 years now and have had no issues. Great video quality. Would definitely recommend front and rear coverage. The Highlander was hit from behind and the other drivers insurance company was trying to blame me. I sent the insurance rep a video of the accident while we were on the phone and she then saw things my way haha. Easy to install, took about 30 minutes.

Rather than waiting, buy some decent dashcam. Recently, My friend involved in an minor accident and other party is at fault. They are literally cursing him by saying that he is going too fast and good that he had dashcam and proved that other party at fault. Then I realized dashcam is a must. I bought vantrue e2 and it's good.

I’ve bought multiple VioFo and VanTrue. We have the VioFo A229 Pro in both cars and a VanTrue E2 in another. Don’t buy a Pruveeo

I age a CRV, I use the VanTrue E2. Very reliable camera. My wife has the VioFo a229 pro which is discreet and works well. The fitcamx wasn’t hard to install in my neighbours civic but it’s only front facing.

r/Dashcam • The dash cam market is over saturated, so I have no idea where to start as far as brands. Suggestions? ->

VANTRUE front and rear cams have been lasting and doing its job super well in my ranger in texas heat! they got a kit where you can run it into the fuse box too and it will record when truck is off if the gyro gets set off i believe - cameras paid for themselves when a driver did a little damage and just gave me cash to not do any claim lmao

My girlfriend just updated hers to a Vantrue that came with a front and back cam bundle for about $150 (I think it was on sale and may still be on sale.) It seems amazing so far! If you don't own a dash cam at all yet - buy one today. Mine just saved me in what would have been an attempted hit and run a few weeks ago.

I have a Thinkware in my car (used it for the last 4 years) even had to use the footage once and it’s been amazing. Bought the girlfriend a Vantrue 2-channel for front and rear camera and it’s been great these past few months, footage is crisp. Blackvue was my 3rd option if I could t find anything with those two that fit my needs

I have an older Vantrue with the GPS base, records forwards, in cabin and rear, and can select which configuration you'd like. Zero complaints over 4 years.
