I have the Vantrue E2 front and back dashcam. It’s pretty easy to install and plugs into your AC outlet (the plug also has a spare USB so you can still plug other stuff in). I ran the wires through the headliner so it looks clean. I have a Vantrue E2 that I moved from my 2013 Subaru to a 2025 Hyundai. One of the reasons I chose the Vantrue is that they have the option to connect via the OBD port rather than hardwiring to the fuse box. It has a voltage cutoff switch you can set to shut the camera down if the battery voltage drops below a set point. I've had it for maybe 3 years and have been pleased with it.

My son and I installed a Vantrue (available on Amzon) front/rear camera in his 2015. We found a couple videos on youtube for what needed to be removed (panels) and where to run power. We are using 12v, not a fuse to power the cam.
